Very poor internet connection Nice and quiet hotel in Kowloon, nice view of the harbour. Very comfortable. The WIFI however is very poor, nearly no bandwith at times. If you need to work on the internet during your stay, get another hotel or use a roaming eSim. Also, no bottled water in the rooms and gym. I understand this is due to local regulations restricting complimentary single use plastic items, but at least a water dispenser in the gym to fill up my own bottle would be nice.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because [insert a small issue, like "the breakfast could have had more variety]. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

I stopped by this hotel during my latest vacation, and the location and building and rooms are perfectly fine, nice even! The service is fair. But be warned: the Internet is virtually non existent, and if you actually need it, I'd pretend as if they weren't providing it. I thought comments saying the internet / wifi is bad are overexaggerated. Sadly, the internet is the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel, and anywhere really (and I recall 56k modem days). It's not about the speed either - please see the attached packet loss test.. done at 1.20am when I could actually connect to it. With most packets never received, it makes the connection virtually useless for most purposes that rely on Internet really. I also tried to connect with the ethernet port that's available in the room, and the issue persists, suggesting it's a fundamental issue with the connection into the hotel, or its network infrastructure - not just "busy wifi". If you rely on Internet for work or anything important, this is a warning that you can't do that here. Your zoom/teams meetings and many websites just won't work. You would need to rely on your own mobile connection, which may be finicky and expensive. Also, the hotel clearly operates in the HK morning timezone, with the shared space closing at 6PM, pool by 8.30PM, and gym by 9.30PM, further hinting that the management may be particularly old school, and that it's not a place you could, say, work remotely from. Late evening or night, the place has got nothing to do. If you don't need internet or things to be open at night, the hotel is nice primarily due to the awesome harbour views, the relatively spacious and well maintained rooms (by HK standards), and the quiet yet attractive location right next to the harbour. It's held back by issues that are seemingly the easiest to address, that I see reported before me by many visitors over and over throughout the years, that the hotel seemingly chooses not to take action about.

I liked the view of the sea right outside my window. The meals are great and are a mixture of Chinese and Western meal choices. The rooms were spacious and well set. Easy to watch television from bed and the chair at the study table is very comfortable. The swimming pool is great, only we did not get to use it due to the storm alert.

I stayed here for a year on a monthly plan and had terrible experiences. During the pandemic, a cleaning lady stepped on my daughter’s stuffed toy with her shoes on — luckily, my camera recorded everything. The manager only offered to “wash” the toy and no one apologized. They charged HK$500 for disinfection, yet I saw staff cleaning with just a cloth and spray bottle — no proper equipment. When I complained, they said it was a “misunderstanding.” Some staff were also rude and unprofessional. A few workers were polite, but overall, the management, hygiene, and attitude need serious improvement.
