Hoi An Beach Resort

We had a fantastic stay here for five nights. The rooms are clean and functional with a large bed. There are two pools, one with a swim up bar. Breakfast had a good selection of international food. The beach is accessible across the road (only a few minutes from the hotel). There are also a number of reasonable restaurants and bars off site if you fancy a short walk. Recommended

Great resort especially the staff, their service was top. I had hurt my back the day before arrival and they couldn't have been more helpful at check in, offering a change of room to be on the ground floor with walk in shower, I didn't even need to ask. Relaxing river view from our room plus option of the beach just across the road. Two great pools. Free shuttle three times a day to Old Town. First time in Vietnam and would stay here again for sure.

Honestly, I am completely blown away by the standards that this resort beholds. Upon reaching the resort, shock hits me as I gaze upon the beautiful houses and the cozy, decorated reception. The staff immediately take our bags, offering to carry them to our rooms, and more staff offer free refreshments such as peach juice. The reception staff were extremely welcoming, creating no complications whatsoever, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience without any worries. We are then escorted to our rooms via golf cart, and they bring our luggage up for us. As I enter the room, the fresh, cool air hits me, welcomed into a room with tidy, clean beds, a beautiful shower, spacious living areas and a large balcony with a view to die for. The TV had a variety of different programmes and channels to provide excitement and entertainment for the user. The bathrooms was well-kept with no dust or dirt whatsoever with towels at the ready. The buffet was fantastic with a huge variety of different foods from pho to pancakes, giving us many choices for our breakfast. The resort also had not one but two huge outdoor swimming pools which surprisingly kept the water extremely clean with no dirt or bugs in the water unlike other pools and the water was fairly warm as well. Around the buffet and reception, there were table tennis tables and even pool tables, providing even more entertainment. Moreover, one of the pools had a bar by the pool with seats in the water if you prefer to swim and drink at the same time. In addition, the resort was located in the most ideal area; right next to the beach. This meant that we had many activities to carry out, replenishing our boredom. Overall, if I had the opportunity to stay at this resort again, I would take that opportunity everyday of the week. Genuinely, my stay here opened up the best days of my life and I would most definitely recommend this resort if heading to Hoi An.

What a beautiful place to relax and enjoy! This resort is the place to go if you are looking to sit back and enjoy the surroundings. The service was fantastic and we were able to have a laugh and joke which made it more enjoyable. The location is a little out of the main town but they offered a shuttle bus service which was very helpful! My favourite part was the hotel dog (I called her Bella) she was so sweet and added a little something special to the resort. Would recommend this place if you need somewhere to relax!

Traveling Hoppy

We recently stayed at Hoi A Beach Resort for a week and overall, it was just average. The best part of our experience was the staff — they were warm, friendly, and eager to help. Unfortunately, the resort itself didn’t live up to expectations. Our room smelled musty and the decor felt old and worn out. The kids’ pool had visible dirt and rust, which was disappointing though we still used it during our stay. The beach was also underwhelming — large sandbags lined the shore, and there was construction happening just off the coast, which made it far from relaxing. We even came across dog poop in the sand, which was off-putting and not something you’d expect at a resort. We ordered room service a few times during our stay, mostly for convenience with our two-year-old. After trying the Vietnamese dishes the first time and finding them pretty underwhelming, we stuck to ordering pizza, which was at least a reliable option for our toddler. Additionally, the location is a bit inconvenient — about a 12–15 minute ride into town, which added up if you wanted to explore regularly. While we appreciated the kind service, we wouldn’t stay here again; we’d recommend staying closer to the old town for easier access to restaurants, shops, and the charming atmosphere — and just commuting to one of the public beaches on the days you want some sand and sun. The 3-star rating is purely thanks to the wonderful service we received. If I were rating the resort itself on its condition, amenities, and overall experience, it would be closer to 2 stars. We wouldn’t stay here again.
