This was our first stay in Japan and it was great! It's located next to/attached to a shopping mall and a metro station underground, which makes it super convenient. There's many restaurants, shops and konbinis nearby to serve almost all your needs. We stayed on the 30th floor which had amazing views of the city. The room is a bit small but is clean and had many amenities. Honestly, for us as a couple we had no issues and were able to open our suitcase fine.
In the lobby there's a huge seating area with coffee machines and free amenities such as teas, coffee, toothbrush, razors etc.
I think we got lucky with check-in and check-out avoiding the queues. There are self-serve machines but since we arrived later at night, these machines were closed off and we checked in at the reception desk with no issues at all. The staff were always friendly and helpful no matter what we asked for. For check-out we did use the machine but again, we must have got lucky as there was no queue even at 'peak times' and it's a very simple and straight forward process. We even asked the staff if we could hold our luggage after check-out so we could explore the city a bit more before we leave which they happily agreed to (as long as you are returning the same day) and this process was also very straightforward with no issues.
We would definitely stay here again as it was a great experience, it started our trip in Japan on a high standard. We can't wait to come back to visit Osaka and hopefully stay here again 😊

My first stay in the hotel and it was a little hard to find walking from the station to the hotel as I had never been to Osaka before and wasn't familiar with Osaka's raised walkways but we figured it out.
The room was cute, clean, and had everything you expect at that price point with reasonable amenities from the first floor (toothbrush, hairbrush, coffee, tea, etc.) that you collect after checking in.
The check-in and out line can be a little long so just plan for that. The staff were great and spoke multiple languages.
The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast buffet I've had for both food and drink in terms of options and quality - well worth it.

Awesome place to stay, it was our first trip to Japan and we found the check in service and area easy to navigate. The location itself is so convenient and much quieter than areas such as Dombontori which made it nice to come home too- although the area is still very busy.
Yes the room is small but as we expected, the rooms were clean and modern and we were easily creative with our luggage and space.
I’d recommend the buffet breakfast, this allowed us to try a lot of Japanese cuisine that we might not have ordered in a restaurant.
I would definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic location right by Osaka station and on a shopping center. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, though like most city center hotels they are a bit cozy. I’m a bigger guy at 6’2” but my wife and I felt comfortable in this room. The self check in was very convenient and when we needed assistance setting up luggage forwarding to our next hotel in Tokyo, the front desk was ready to help. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel in a extremely convenient location. Lots of food and shopping (Yodabashi) within few minutes walking distance. Good views from the rooms on higher levels. There is an area with many washing machines for self wash clothes. Definitely a place I would stay at again if I am in the Osaka area.
