I stayed in this hotel for 20 nights in 2024. On the last day of my check out I was merely at the front desk requesting for a late check out. The clerk was confused of my room number even after scanned my room key. He did something to my keycard and ended up my room key was inactivated and I couldn’t go back to my room again. I was stuck in the elevator with the other customers then had to come back down to the lobby. No apologize was made by anyone at the front desk. When I asked to speak to the shift manager I was told no one was on duty until the next day. It was an extremely disturbing experience.

Wonderful hotel, book early for better prices. We wanted to extend our stay for a day and the manager honored our current price. Very nice location too, you can see high end shops right below our room window. The twin bed room was extremly spacious.

Great value for the price paid. Location is perfect if you're traveling with a luggage since its right above the station. Central location to major luxury shopping retailers and a 10 minute walk to Dontonburi. Service staff spoke English and were accommodating. Will book again if i'm back in Osaka!

This hotel is my new favourite in Japan, it was the best of 4 hotels from our recent trip! The staff in reception are lovely and very helpful and so are the concierge. I especially like the different restaurants, the staff in the Japanese style restaurant were so nice to our family and helped with the way to serve and eat the different dishes.

The hotel is beside the JR station. Accessible to shops and eateries around hotel. The room size is good for 2 people and 2 luggage. Certainly, there is not enough space for 3 people and 4 luggage.
