I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my wife and our 2-year-old daughter for five days. The hotel is ideally located on the beach, featuring a well-organized beach service. It offers four different pools with great entertainment, and my daughter still talks about it weeks later.
The breakfast is amazing, especially for premium members, who also enjoy a premium reception with a minibar and snacks.
The staff is friendly and makes you feel better than at home. We will definitely come back!

Wow a fabulous place. The food is second to none. The poolside rules are no saving sunbeds so its great to go any time of day. The room we had was called a suit but it was way too small for 3 and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The view from our room was not good either and was clearly only intended to be a 2 person room as 2 cups only enough coffee etc for 2 people. That said in a different room I would go back tomorrow. Lots of steps and as a disabled person this was difficult. There are disabled lifts ramps etc just took a bit of sorting out. We went in August don't do that if you don't want lots of children around. The entertainment was OK.

An outstanding stay for a family of 4 (children aged 10 and 6). Premium breakfast, which was new for the hotel, was superb, highly recommend for anyone travelling here...views of the sea, lovely food and staff were brilliant, Ivan and Sergio looked after us on each morning and were excellent. Hotel was immaculate and you could not ask for better entertainment throughout the day. We simply had a fantastic time and can't wait to revisit in the future, great memories made!

We recently stayed at the wonderful hotel. As a family of 4 we find the rooms to be large enough to accommodate us all and our belongings. The communal area of the hotel are kept in pristine condition with the pool area being particularly well looked after. We loved the hotel's policy that sun loungers cannot be reserved - the life guard politely removed and kept safe any towels that were left unattended for prolonged periods of time meaning there were enough loungers to go round.
We'll most definitely return here, we had a wonderful holiday!

Very disappointed. Paid for a suite with Sea and Marina view and got the complete opposite. We could just see the last building in the marina and that justified it. Sunbeds are impossible to get all day. Small cans of beer (Heineken) is €4.50. Very overrated. Definitely not a place for kids. We had to go to the hotel next door for information leaflets on things to do in the area as there was nothing in our reception. Also the rooms are very small with minimal facilities. P.S Don't pay for a sea/marina view
