Its a very good hotel with nice employees, the room is nice and clean! The view we had from our balcony was also really nice☺️😍 It's not far from the beach and the shops. The rooftop bar and pool is also really nice and you have a beautiful view from there. The elevators were pretty small and sometimes you needed to wait a little longer than normal till it would come. Also the shower in our room went from normal to very hot to very cold in just a few minutes, even though we kept it on the same temperature. Breakfast was good! I would recommend this hotel!

Pretty good. I stayed here for four days in December. Rooms are fantastic, are cleaned daily and I had a balcony with a sea view!
No all inclusive option. They serve only breakfast and evening meal. Restaurant and food could be better, and was extremely crowded.
For the most part, the staff were polite and friendly. You can also buy drinks vouchers to get more value for your money, and the happy hour (buy one get one free) drinks offer was great.

Great location, a clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Basic furniture in rooms but they are large, ours had a decent sized balcony. Large bathroom and shower with good quality towels, sometimes there was a bad drain smell. Food quality good better than other hotels we have been to in the area, although there is not as much choice. Lovely roof top area but not many sun beds. We didn't appreciate being charged for drinks on check out, which we had already paid for in the restaurant. Still waiting for a response from the hotel regarding this matter. We would stay again. Tip, keep your Restaurant bar receipts.

Bad points first - Shower kept changing temperature and would suddenly go scalding hot every 30 seconds; the ground floor pool was closed for repairs and the rooftop pool was freezing cold; the hot tub was also freezing cold and unusable(!!); no gym or spa facilities despite it being advertised as 4-star hotel; no air conditioning in the room (apparently only has AC in summer months, despite the room getting really hot in February) therefore had to leave the balcony door open all day and night (thankfully the area is quiet); tiny elevators and one was out of order for the first couple of days I was there. I generally liked my stay but there were too many basic facilities not working properly.
Good points - Great location, room was nice and pretty clean, staff very friendly, good breakfast buffet (although very busy) and the room and area was very quiet all day and night. Beds were very firm but comfortable for me, it was two single beds. Empty fridge was good for putting your drinks and snacks in. Big TV although only 3 English channels (news only). They gave me a top floor room as I had requested. Connor on reception was friendly and efficient.

This hotel has an excellent location, very close to the beach, cafes and restaurants if you use the back gate. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, towels changed daily if you put them on the floor. The food is varied and of a good quality, I am a fussy eater but had plenty of choice. My only negative would be that you had to queue to get into the restaurant and at the coffee machines at peak times, namely half 9 at breakfast and 7 o'clock at evening meal. A member of staff explained everyone comes at the same time. Overall a very good experience that I would thoroughly recommend
