Excellent hotel. Rooms are spacious and soundproof. Roof top bar and terrace with a great view. Food provided as part of the half board is fairly international. Late check out available. On street parking for free or paying parking for 13 euro a day.

Absolutely love everything about this hotel but what makes this place special is their staff. They are very attentive and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit dated and can use some renovations but the value, food quality, location and service makes up for all that. I will definitely return next year.

When we arrived, we could see that they were not expecting us, and we were shocked to be told that they were fully booked and they had no rooms available, obviously we were rather stressed. Sadly the guy on reception did not speak very good English. As it was very late, he arranged and paid for a Taxi and sent us to their sister hotel 2km away. When we got there, the receptionist spoke good English and explained they had now found my name in the booking system but no room had been allocated to us due to a "Problem" with their booking system, and we needed to stay with them for 2 nights until a room at our original hotel became available. 2 days later a taxi collected us and took us back to our original hotel. Connor greeted us and again apologised. Obviously this should never of happened but the hotel were amazing, they all knew what had happened and were extremely sorry for the inconvenience and Conner went above and beyond to make our stay a good one, but all the staff were brilliant! Yes our rooms were a little dated but clean, and bed was big and comfy. Food was good, and the location was excellent. A few days later I had an unfortunate accident that needed a paramedic, again Connor and the all staff stepped up to make sure I was ok, even sending me a card, bottle of bubbly and fruit to the room. It turned out to be a holiday I will never forget!! And I am sure the staff won't forget me either. I highly recommend this hotel and I definitely would return

Spent 3 nights at this hotel with my sisters for a special birthday. Couldn't fault the check in, so quick and efficient. Our room was a Superior Junior Suite which was very comfortable and extremely clean. The Location is perfect, out of the back gate to the shops, bars and restaurants and of course the beach, We were B & B, The breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice, something for everyone. All of the staff were very helpful and could not do enough to help. We will definately be returning

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic time at your hotel. The food was very good and actually better than expected. The pool areas were great , very clean and so relaxing. The rooms were spacious clean with comfortable beds. The reception staff were very friendly and so helpful especially Connor who answered all our questions about the hotel and area so a big thank you to him. I’m sure we will be returning next year
