❤️❤️❤️ „I had the opportunity to spend a few days at the Hard Rock hotel during the Halloween, and I must admit that I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was not only beautifully decorated but also very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made me feel at home. The service at the hotel deserves special mention. The staff was extremely helpful, always smiling and ready to meet all my needs. They quickly responded to requests and questions, which made my stay much more enjoyable. Additionally, the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and varied. I will definitely return to Hard Rock hotel next time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind!”

First time staying at a Hard Rock Hotel and would definitely stay again and recommend! Service was amazing, hotel was clean with fabulous facilities. A mention has to be made to Juan on the front desk who was so lovely and helpful and made fantastic recommendations for the area. Javier also on the front desk was most helpful and Bea front of restaurant was a total star in the mornings! I loved having a morning chat with her as she was so charged with positive energy! Thoroughly enjoyed our winter weekend away there!

I just spend amazing few days at this hotel and I must say it was wonderful! Beginning from the staff where I really need to highlight Juan from reception who took care of everything and he made everything comfortable for us, the luggage man who wouldn't let you carry your own heavy suitcase, to amazing lifeguard Aurelio who make us feel so relaxed and we felt taken care of , amazing bar men CR7 who always make us laugh and took care to never be thirsty and all other crew member which made amazing job. The food was also delicious, it was an amazing buffet and gluten free option ! I’m sure we will be back there !

The hotel has been changed to hard rock brand cheaply and in general mediocre for the price. We were fortunate with our deluxe room allocation, it was clean&comfortable, a testament to the cleaning staff. We had views of the pool and sun on our balcony in the morning. It would help if there were more sun loungers as the large poolside beds are chargeable. Hard rock should take steps to make this clearer at the time of booking as it feels hidden in the t&cs. The poolside staff provided great service to us and didn’t quit all day in the heat. The reception staff provided fantastic service to us, listened and accommodated us when we shared our hotel experience. Breakfast had a wide selection of food available and wasn’t busy before 9 and food was still fresh. The hotel is a 15/20min walk to the marina, it’s an easier route if you head towards the beach via the underpass near the hotel.

Second time leaving a review here as I was accused (by Google, sadly) of manipulating my review the first time and it was taken down. While it was thorough and reflected real experience. So now I am being short and simply saying that we had a great experience.I hope this time this review stays , if not, no 3 attempt, sorry HRH. Thanks for making our time at Marbella memorable!
