Fantastic hotel! Lovely and really friendly staff, defiantly a 4 star hotel! Pool area is beautiful and location is spot on, your directly on the beach and a couple minutes stroll from the marina where there's some great resturants and a 10 minutes walk from 24 hour square. Me and my partner visited in march and clientele was mainly older but think that's just the demographic of the area this kind of year. The breakfast was very nice and had a good selection of cooked and cold options. The bar area was very nice and had entertainment on every night as well as 6-7 happy hour! Would defiantly recommend

Very nice hotel. Great place to just relax. The breakfast was the best part, as there was lots of variety and great food. The tv in the room wasn't a smart one, so you could only watch what they had. Otherwise a very nice place and great location.

We stayed here for 4 nights over half term and it was a nice stay. The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful and the food (breakfast in the restaurant and lunch in the Play bar) was decent enough. Breakfast had a very good choice of options. If they'd be to your liking is obviously personal preference but the yoghurt, fruit, nuts etc that I had were very nice. The rest of the family had a range of foods and there wasn't any complaints. This isn't gourmet food but good enough for what it is. Lunch in the Play bar we found to be very nice and the quality of food in here was good. The only slight issue we had was the Aircon in the room. This was not controllable so we couldn't turn the cool air on. We slept with the windows and doors open and, at this time of year, kept us cool enough at night. We had premium options and we had a discount on drinks and a lounge that we could use. When the weather wasn't hot enough to sit out we did use this room once and found a nice little selection of drinks and snacks that didn't cost anything additional. The hotel had one heated pool and our daughter used this. There weren't loads of other children in the hotel so it never seemed packed. The other pools would be nice in the height of summer. The hotel is located in a good position along the seafront and opens up a short walk to restaurants and bars. We would happily stay here again

Viktor was extremely welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, not too busy, not too quiet and everything within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was absolutely massive and we thoroughly enjoyed all that was on offer. The view from our balcony on the 8th floor was absolutely breathtaking. We had a wonderful weekend trip and would love to visit again!

The rooms are big and the bed is amazing, a perfect view as well. The pools are nice and have nice bars, restaurants with reasonable prices. The breakfast is amazing. I would love to come back!
