Helpful staff. Buffet busy and not intimate at all. Food mediocre but acceptable. Reasonable choice but nothing special.
However if you are requiring assistance with mobility relying on a scooter this is definitely not for you! There are two tiny lifts leading to the bar and swimming pool one will get you to level but will not get you to the promenade. You have to leave the hotel through the front entrance and go out into the road. Turn right alongside a dried up stream say 600 yards? which leads you to the promenade. The areas of relaxation are very noisy and little shade for older people who cannot manage sun bathing all day. So not recommended for older adults with mobility issues. Otherwise family oriented hectic fun I would describe.

Just on the way to the airport from a 5 night break at this hotel and I honestly can’t praise it enough. The hotel was great, the staff were very friendly and nothing was an issue for them. We only had breakfast and the choice was great. The hotel was clean and modern and in a great location if you just want to chill out. Would certainly come back again. I want to say a special mention to the cleaner on floor 7 (I think her name was Magnolia (named like the flower) she was so friendly and is a credit to your hotel.

Stayed here in June this year and it was amazing. We used the rooftop pool and the reception staff particularly Fernando were brilliant. I do think the rooftop pool was extremely busy and each day more beds were brought up.
The food was lovely and we will definitely return.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my wife and our 2-year-old daughter for five days. The hotel is ideally located on the beach, featuring a well-organized beach service. It offers four different pools with great entertainment, and my daughter still talks about it weeks later.
The breakfast is amazing, especially for premium members, who also enjoy a premium reception with a minibar and snacks.
The staff is friendly and makes you feel better than at home. We will definitely come back!

Staff here are always super friendly, it was our first time using premium room in a couple of year's. Definitely worth it, some very nice extras from premium check in (unfortunately we arrived fairly late to use it) to the roof top pool to name a few. Plenty of other things also. Highly recommend this hotel, staff are always friendly and very conveniently located.
