We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this stunning hotel. From the initial welcome and efficient check-in, until the end of our stay the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are clean with plenty storage space and super comfortable beds. All of the foods we ate were delicious with an added unique dining experience The Gourmet Market, boasting sunset views this is a must, a big shout out to all of the chefs and servers! The pool area was peaceful with plenty of coctails and food to try. There really is so much to enjoy at this hotel which boats style, cleanliness, and on the doorstep to anything you need to experience a 5 star holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable holiday and we look forward to return in the future!

The good:
The staff was amazing! Incredibly kind and helpful. The events/activities were a lot of fun and free for everyone! They bring drinks or ice cream around the pool throughout the day for everyone. The smoothies were delicious. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean.
The bad:
NOT WORTH THE PRICE for star prestige.
We paid for the star prestige all inclusive experience and it was not all inclusive. The food at the pool bar and at the restaurant gourmet market were out of pocket. This was very frustrating with how much we paid.
Star prestige included a pool on the roof (it’s not technically an Infiniti pool like advertised) a make it yourself drink bar, snack bar at the pool, also disappointing and closes early. They soak the chairs around 10pm so even though it technically closes at 11pm there is nowhere dry to sit. It also includes a separate sitting area at the main pool which is nice but not really needed.
The cocktail drink menu was very limited and the drinks were all syrup, also disappointing with the price we paid.
The lunch was lacking in options and flavor.
The dinner was good but the desserts were bad. All of the bread based items were very stale, like the eclairs.
The hotel isn’t technically on the beach. There is about a 1 block walk down/uphill.
The main pool closes at 6pm! That is so early, very disappointing and seems unnecessary.
The elevators take forever.
For the hotel:
If you could find a way to incorporate the room key into the bracelet it would make things a lot easier for the guests.

This is the best hotel I've stayed anywhere in the world. The rooms are very modern and always clean. The beds are very comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. I had a non-seaview room and could still see it from the balcony. Free filtered water and ice in the corridors on every floor.
You couldn't ask for a better location, direct access from the hotel to the beach and many restaurants along that strip. We did not need a taxi to go anywhere, all places are walking distance.
The service from the staff is top notch, always available to help, respectful and are very amicable. They can book you taxis that come in a matter of minutes, come round the pool periodically with free ice creams and drinks and many other small things that make your stay that much better. The attention to detail with the service is what puts this above many hotels I've stayed in, the insignificant extra services they provide really do make a big difference when combined together.
The pool is great and a good temperature, the bar service is quick and the drinks are comparable in price to most of the bars on the strip. Lots of sunbeds with umbrellas, although it does get quite busy early in the day.
We only booked for breakfast, but it was very good. All the choices you could wish for and a variety of juices to compliment this too. All high quality produce.
They held our bags for us after check out and we were able to have a shower before we left for the airport.
Do not book a hotel anywhere else in Tenerife, I guarantee you will be satisfied if you book here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Iberostar Sábila for the second time, and once again, it was an outstanding experience. The staff are exceptional, always going above and beyond to help with any request. The rooms are stunning and modern, equipped with an excellent sound system that enhances the overall comfort and enjoyment.
The location is fantastic, with everything you need nearby and the beach just a couple of minutes away.
I highly recommend the Star Prestige rooms for a truly elevated experience.

The Hotel was absolutely excellent. Really did feel like a 5 star experience. The only thing we didn't like was it was two single beds pushed together and not a double bed. However we think if we were to go back we would just book all-inclusive as the food in the restaurant was so nice whenever we had it.
