We had such an amazing stay at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly the staff made it even better. From the second we arrived, everything just felt easy and welcoming. Dave checked us in and was so friendly and helpful — he explained everything clearly and just had such a positive, relaxed vibe. You can tell he’s great at what he does. Lola, the manager, was also incredible. So warm, kind and genuinely attentive. She made us feel really looked after, not just like another room number. Oscar was also a big help during our stay — always polite, quick to assist and smiling. The hotel itself is beautiful. The views are stunning, especially at sunset. The food was delicious with loads of options, and room service was always quick and spot on. The facilities are amazing too — everything is clean, modern and well maintained. Overall, such a great experience and we’d 100% come back. Definitely recommend!

We had the best time at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. Everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic. A very special thank you to Adriana at check in, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She very kindly gave us a beautiful room to celebrate our anniversary and it truly made our stay extra special. The lovely treats and the note left in our room were such a thoughtful touch and meant a lot to us. We would also like to thank all the management, staff and Espe in the gift shop, who was so kind, friendly and helpful. From start to finish, the service was excellent and we left with wonderful memories. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special and memorable stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay special — nothing was too much trouble, and their professionalism really stood out. The rooms were stunning: spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with amazing views and all the little touches that make a big difference. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, ensuring a great night’s rest every night. The facilities were equally impressive — from the gorgeous pools and relaxing spa to the excellent restaurants and entertainment. Everything was well-maintained and had a real luxury feel without being stuffy. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. A perfect blend of comfort, service, and atmosphere. We’ll absolutely be returning — thank you Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife for such a memorable experience!

This was our third excellent stay at this hotel, with our family.The atmosphere was inviting and friendly, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment. The bedrooms are perfect, clean, comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The kids' club was brilliant, providing engaging activities that kept our granddaughter entertained. She particularly enjoyed the creative activities and playing in the outside play area, which is very well resourced. A highlight of the day was the Mini disco!! The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious and healthy options to start the day right. Sitting outside with the family each morning was brilliant. Additionally, the entertainment in the evening was excellent. Service for drinks etc was also good, however we did feel the drinks were a little expensive. This is just our perception and is not a negative comment. The pools and availiability of sunbeds, towels, etc were perfect, providing a refreshing escape and a great spot for relaxation.It was lovely to swim in all the pools in January. It was a little cold when you got out but this did not stop us using the pools a number of times each day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful getaway! We will hopefully return next year to this hotel that generally cares about providing a brilliant experience for all members of the family.

It was a pleasure staying at the Hard Rock Tenerife! To start with, every member of the staff was so friendly — I never had a bad experience with anyone during my whole week there. I chose the breakfast-included option and really enjoyed it. I found it very good with lots of variety. There are three pools (including one adults-only pool), and I always found a spot to lay in the sun no matter which pool I chose. It was relaxing and overall a great experience. I did a few activities with Anita and she was great 😅 I had no idea she was the one leading literally all of them, but I really enjoyed the Pilates, HIIT at the gym, and the water volley 🫶🏼 they were actually really fun! However, I only got to enjoy these during my last three days because I feel these activities are not promoted enough. They are so fun, and I only saw them through the app. The resort should have activity schedules posted around the property so more people can join. I saw a few advertisements but definitely not enough!! When I went for Pilates, I was confused about where it was. I asked the pool staff and they had no idea, so I wasn’t sure if it was happening or not. However, Anita made the classes great and very fun. I also found it very unique that she took the time to learn my name and my sister’s name — it made the experience feel much more personal. 10/10! The only downside, in my opinion, was the elevators. Sometimes they took a while because they were busy, and occasionally some would stop working. They also felt a bit shaky and sketchy. I was on the 3rd floor, so it wasn’t too bad to take the stairs, but I can’t imagine being on a higher floor. That’s the only negative thing I would say I encountered during my stay. Needless to say, my time at the Hard Rock Tenerife was amazing! I would 100% recommend it. I absolutely loved how kind the staff was 🙌🏻 literally everyone. Also special mention to the housekeeping staff who when making the bed used my blanket and left a little bow in the bed!! Was such a cute and unique detail that made me smile everytime 💕 ✨ Already dreaming of my next stay! Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦 Edit: They lost a few points with their AI answer 😅 but I still love ya hard rock tenerife hahahaha
