The lively Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife hits the right notes with fun-loving guests craving an unforgettable holiday on the sun-soaked island of Tenerife. I spent my birthday at this hotel in November and had an amazing time. Our room was modern and spacious. We felt fortunate to have had a great balcony view, which over looked the sea and the adult pool. The hotel didn't disappoint and was just like the website pictures. It certainly had the wow factor with live bands and memorabilia forming decorative art.
Our stay was made more memorable by the friendly staff, especially room service. Giving a huge thanks to Tania on reception for a warm welcome on day one.
A special thank you goes to lovely Christina for helping to sort out our shuttle bus back to the airport; and ensuring we had an additional hour to check out of our room.

3rd time staying here and is absolutely brilliant! If you are happy to hang about the hotel and not wander around shops, pubs etc then it’s the place to be. Also just a short taxi ride to the next resort.
Special mention to Isabel in the Rock shop! She was extremely helpful, friendly and lovely lady. Enjoy your new job!

Had a great holiday here. Staff are very attentive and look after you well. Slightly disappointed that all inclusive only applies to certain drinks and limited menu at some of the restaurant's and pay extra for others. Choice and quality in the main restaurant is very good though. I enjoyed daily aqua aerobics with Anita, which allowed me to work off some of the food and drink! Great live bands in the evening too.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was my husband’s birthday, and they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. It was modern, clean, and well-equipped with a beautiful view. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of tasty options, and the staff was very attentive.
Although we didn’t use the pool, it looked nice, and the complimentary parking was a pleasant touch. Overall, we were very satisfied and would be happy to stay with Hard rock hotel again.

Just back from a 5 night stay. TL;DR Excellent for an all-inclusive, stay on site, laze in the sun holiday. Get the App and you will see what is and isn't included in the All-Inclusive package (app is very good generally). There is an adults only pool which is well away from the pools for kids, so this doesn't interfere with your enjoyment at all. Room (Gold) was outstanding. Service mostly excellent; just at The Constant Grind we found it consistently slow. The buffet was what you'd expect, good choices, refreshed regularly, occasionally a small queue to get seated, staff excellent. Sports bar really good with outstanding service. Eden pool (over 18's only) service really very good even when busy (we based here everyday). Gym is very well equipped though could do with better air-con. Mexican restaurant very good and you could mix and match out of the all inclusive offering (including drinks). Hidden Gem is the Beach Cafe at the Lagoon pool - only found it on the last day. Really excellent food (from the all inclusive offering) and they do carry-out as well. Recommend the beauty place just up the road from the hotel for beauty treatments (see photos). Minus points (so not 5* review) - Sauna has to be paid for. Can't cast to TV, but there are BBC channels. Most disappointing aspect was the steak restaurant - really expensive and definitely not worth the money.
