We stayed here for a week and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pools were heated in February which was a great surprise! There was also live music in the evenings which was great to relax to with a drink. We would highly recommend any guests to visit the Rock Spa while they’re visiting. Will definitely be revisiting again next year

Have just returned from this hotel after having spent three nights as a birthday celebration. Cannot fault the hotel in anyway. The food was excellent in the restaurant and at the Splash bar. We were on the third floor and the cleaner was excellent very helpful and friendly. In the shop we were served by Isabel who was lovely to us and very helpful. We will definitely return for another stay at the Hard Rock Tenerife. Keep up the good work. X

We have just been here for 3 nights! The hotel and staff were absolutely fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the suite we hired was just incredible and had everything we possibly wanted or could have needed. The butler service was great as was the special dining room and afternoon tea that was included in the deal we paid! Highly recommend this hotel. The pool areas are also stunning and spotlessly clean. Thank you for a great stay.

My family had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was delicious. Everything was perfect. And at the Hard rock shop we were served by Christina. She was very friendly and helpful, we got nice stuff and souvenirs. I would highly recommend to stay at Hard rock hotel in Tenerife if you want to have comfortable and fun holiday.

Very good hotel with great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was amazing, room was spacious and clean!
Our best person at the restaurant was Valentina. She always took good care of our family and suggested best wines in the world! I advise to rent a car in order to get better experience of the area - there is a big underground garage with no extra charge.
