We stayed here recently while I didn’t like the room decor the hotel itself is fantastic and what really makes it is the people working there. They Hard rock hotel team are so friendly and they are the reason I am giving the hotel 5 stars. Also I forgot a decent amount of cash in the safe which I forgot about and the cleaners found it and I got a call saying they had it and to come back and collect it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Thanks again for making our stay! Give that team a raise!

We arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel in Tenerife and were met by the stunning architecture and vibrant atmosphere set a fantastic tone for our vacation.
Our room was spacious, modern, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean.
The on-site restaurants provided a diverse selection, from casual poolside snacks to more upscale dining options, all serving delicious food that catered to various tastes.
One of the highlights was the live music events and DJ performances that took place each night.
I couldn't resist visiting the Rock Shop and made three purchases. Isabel was friendly and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience enjoyable.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Hard Rock Hotel in Tenerife for anyone looking for a unique and luxurious getaway that combines the best of relaxation and entertainment.

Our recent stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was another win, marking our fourth visit to this incredible destination. Each time we return, it emphasizes to us why we keep coming back.
A special mention goes to Alexandra at the concierge desk, who truly made our stay exceptional. She recommended some fantastic restaurant options and made reservations for us. Her follow-up the next day to ensure we enjoyed our dining experience was a thoughtful touch. Just got back from 5 amazing nights here.. can't express how amazing this place is. Every single member of staff you come across from housekeeping to the rock shop staff took the time to say hello. Food and drinks fantastic. The kids club here is fantastic we were met by a lovely member of staff who explained how it works to us and told us about the baby sitting service they offer although we didn't use this we would consider doing it if we return to the hotel.. being only 1 years old we were able to use the lullaby section of the kids club to play with our baby this was great he loved it the staff taking time to come and play with him was so nice... they also offer up to 2hrs where you can pay a small fee of €15 per hour to leave your baby with them to look after this is the same cost for the in room baby sitting.. once again, we didn't use this but may use it when we return to the hotel.. the pools are great at this hotel. You have a few to choose from, including an adult only area.. the Mexican restaurant was one of our favourites. The service and food here was fantastic. We can't wait to come back here, and we will definitely come all-inclusive next time.. i also celebrated my birthday here, and the hotel arranged flowers to be delivered for my husband and sent a cake to the room they go above and beyond for you.. Thank you, Hard Rock, for another fantastic stay at one of your hotels
