Enjoyed a very pleasant stay for our son’s wedding. Our room was on the top floor and we had the advantage of using the sun beds in the alcoves on the roof top. These enjoyed a view of the sea with peace and quiet and a gentle breeze.
We also loved sitting in the Sunset Bar looking out over the sea. We tried all the restaurants and found them all very good. On the whole the staff were very friendly and most of the entertainment was first class. I was however disappointed that the toilets near the pool were missing locks.

My partner and I returned this year to this lovely hotel because we loved it so much the first time. We wanted a bit of luxury, we're past budget holidays being in our 50's now. We weren't disappointed. This is a really special place, the food is wonderful, not like any all inclusive hotel I've been to. A choice of restaurants for meals and amazing staff, nothing is too much trouble. Completely relaxing surroundings, comfortable beds, absolutely spotless, a very short walk to the beach and towns either side of hotel. Boat trip is a must, the marina a 10 minute walk from hotel. Spa treatments available at a cost obviously but nevertheless well worth it. Gorgeous pools, plenty of sunbeds available, towels provided for the pool. We've already booked for next year. We're happy to pay a little bit more for a guaranteed luxury holiday, but different options available to suit different budgets. A hidden gem!

Just spent 2 weeks here bed and breakfast and absolutely loved it. Rooms are very good and serviced everyday. Free coffee/tea facilities, hairdryer etc. breakfast ie best ever and caters for all diets. We did have evening buffet once and it was amazing but to much for us and guess we didn’t get our monies worth 😂 couldn’t eat breakfast next day. The selection and quality was amazing too as with their breakfasts. Pool and beds great, always available with towels supplied including if u want to use on beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Reception at hotel always friendly and helpful. I really have nothing negative to say about place and will use again. Tenerife as a whole I feel is losing its identity in the big resorts and lots of junk food and drink etc.

Me and my girlfriend spent 10 nights in September. Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The ambience of the hotel was terrific. We opted for preferred club option with a sea room view, it was breathtaking. Service was excellent, really hope to get back next year . Absolutely nothing to fault . A terrific stay, thanks very much.

THE STAFF IS AMAZING! They work a lot to make you feel that you want to come back and be spoiled with a lot of good food, great entertainment (live music, the pool activities, the gym schedule etc) and a lot of activities for body and soul!
I went there with my wife and my 6 month ok daughter! We were very pleased to see that they put in our room a baby bed and a milk warmer device(even though we didn’t ask them)
The food was very good and plenty of it. We had half board and beside the general acces to the main restaurant we had the opportunity to choose from another three (we had to book it - online)
The only think I didn’t like was the fact that a beer was 5 euros and very close to the hotel it was 1.5 and even 1 (with a sea view )
The hotel is child friendly!
The gym has an incredible view!
