We stay here for 8 nights. Wonderful stay indeed. Our room is the superior suite, spacious with a great view on the ocean. The room is cleaned twice every day, which is really nice. All staff are friendly. The location of the hotel is spot on, we particularly like the long walk along the coast. There are supermarkets and restaurants just steps from the hotel. Our kids love the hotel a lot! We would definitely recommend this superb hotel for everyone, especially if you have kids!

To put it simply I had booked 2 rooms double standard for 2 Adults and 4 children and asked for them to be next to each other via the official website.
Upon checking in to the hotel late evening, I was informed that my booking was incorrect and that for "legal reasons" my family cannot have 1 adult and 2 children in the same room and I would need to pay an additional £816 euros for an upgraded room double room supreme to accommodate us or leave. The hotels website does not reflect this whatsoever. I had showed the staff the website issues, emailed them screenshots after my stay and have been simply dismissed and refused the refund. The staff offered me 10% off the upgraded booking but this was a discount they already offer on the website for being part of the Adrian hotels free membership.
After debating and young children getting irritated and hungry I just smiled and moved on to enjoy my holiday.
Poor standards. Very poor website and hotel management have failed to to acknowledge their own websites error, completely ignorant to it.
Its harsh but giving 1 star for horrid time at check in ruining my stay.
In other news.
I also waited for a porter to get my luggage check out which never came. Dragged my own bags to the reception in case they charged us.
We were also refused on the last day when leaving to move my dinner to lunch instead as you need to be "all inclusive" instead of half board to do this.
Facilities 10/10.
Entertainments 8/10 - kids team exceptional but no real shows. The magician lady was amazing though and their were fantastic singers.
Food 7/10. Lacks vegetarian/vegan options particularly at breakfast. Meat and seafood looked good if you eat it.
Location 8/10 - its no costa Adeje but the free shuttle bus they offer to the sister hotel makes it better. Hotel staff didn't have a clue theirs free bus to Siam park in costa Adeje.
Would i stay again? not after how i was treated at check in.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are veeery dated, furniture & fixtures are all scraped. The food is below average (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The only positives were very friendly staff, nice pool area and location (sea front). Our stay was ok, no major issues but having stayed in 5 stars hotel before this is just not up to standard.

A place to come back to.
The location is very nice with ocean view from almost every room, really breath taking sunsets. Combined with the nice outdoor area it makes for a very scenery. The palm trees, river with fish, pond with turtles, waterfalls, its very nice outside of the hotel. He rooms itself are spacious and modern, big bathroom, netflix casting to tv, big screen, comfy bed, every room as a big balcony with 2 sunbeds, leave nohing to be desired.
The food was good, in some areas very good (entrecote bbq corner with pretty good pieces, every evening, fish grill with fresh fish every night), in some areas it was ok, but it never disappointing! Everything was pretty good, that's rare.
For us the main reason for strongly considering to come back with extended family was how family friendly it was. Lots of families, lots of baby chairs, child cuttlery provided, huge separate kids area with 4 water slides, 2 normal slides, climbing area, mini disco, kids club. Just awesome for parents who want to relax and feel easy. You never felt bad about kids disturbing other guests as there were so many around and areas were smartly separated.
The staff were very professional and friendly.
The only negative was how old and basic the lobby and some of the core areas were looking, because the hotel is obviously fairly old. But the rooms are renovated and up to modern standard, so it was nothing that bothered us or affected our experience much at all, because the views and outside area make up for it easily. Especially for families we can recommend this hotel strongly and will very likely come back with our parents.
