Fabulous hotel - our third year in a row. Quiet and relaxing enough but with plenty to do - archery, tennis, football, aqua fit, cookery classes etc. Staff are amazing too. Food is varied but the Moroccan food is always our favourite. Dancing at night is great but a bit repetitive but the addition of the quiz and other musicians etc on the balcony bar has been a welcome addition! Would heartily recommend

I'm still here as I write this review. Came for a short winter sun getaway. Lovely and immaculate resort in a good and very central location. Check-in was smooth, and our room was ready before the official check-in time. The room was very clean and spacious. Food has vast variety at all times and is tasty and fresh. The snacks are good too, and the drinks and cocktails were of very good quality. The swimming pool, though a bit deep, was heated and very suitable for a dip. Sunbeds in abundance and very comfortable. The beach had very good security and was lovely and serene. The staff here are a huge asset to this place....always willing to assist and make sure you have a good holiday. Lest I forget, the entertainment team does an amazing job, so do the cleaners too. Can't fault this place, to be honest, and will definitely come back here should the opportunity arise.

I had a fantastic experience at this resort.
The food was amazing – the buffet was huge, and there were so many vegetarian options, which was a big plus for me. Everything was fresh, so many fruits and salads, all tasted great too.
There are three pools, and two of them are heated, so I could swim comfortably even when it got a bit cooler.
Rooms are okay. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The shower is great.
The staff were super friendly and enthusiastic, they kept things fun with activities throughout the day.
Even though it was winter, the weather was perfect, between 20–26°C every day with clear skies. It felt like summer, and the beach is just on the back of the hotel, literally 1 minute away.
I had such a great time here, it exceeded my expectations specially considering the price paid, and I already recommend it to all of my friends!

Friendly helpful staff are always smiling.
Beautiful hotel is very clean and tidy.
Excellent food, lots of choice, and always hot.
The entertainment team around the pool is too loud, and not everyone wants to join in and are there for a relaxing holiday. I'm happy for them to announce what they are offering, but keeping their music loud is not what I want to hear.

Good hotel for family breaks, providing various activities from games room to live shows. Food was decent, but not a lot of meat options. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The biggest issue was that there was only 1 outdoor heated pool, and that was 7 feet deep! My kids were looking forward to swimming the most but unfortunately they couldn’t as it was too tiring to constantly tread water. Even for me at 5’11”, I had to tiptoe to be above water! They did have another pool which was more shallow but unfortunately it was not heated and in Nov there was no way we could use it. The indoor pool was decent but only open 12-2pm daily.
Our room had a weird layout as the ‘main room’ had 2 single beds and the ‘kids room’ was a double sofa, so me and my wife had to be in the kids room which was not ideal. I would recommend getting a junior suite as that was much bigger with proper beds and 2 bathrooms, and it cost £200 more but worth it in my opinion.
Overall it a good place to stay, mainly for the staff and the setting. They should really consider heating the 2nd pool.
