We spent here two nights and all in all we were satisfied with our stay in the hotel.
The rooms could have been more spacious but compared to cost of this room the quality was satisfying. The staff was helpful and nice all the time. This hotel has a very nice location just right in the middle of the city. Its surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. The swimming Pool on the top is really gorgeous!

Stayed for 9 days as group of 3 adults in one corner room. One queen size and a single bed that were comfy and clean. Wet room style shower and toilet that was clean and had great water pressure to the shower. There are no restaurant facilities in the actual hotel but a great little coffee shop / cafe immediately next door that provides breakfasts for the hotel and the general public. The hotel is almost directly opposite Clarke Quey MRT station and walking distance to Chinatown, Gardens and Satay by the Bay. We arrived at the hotel at around 9am and they were happy to hold our bags until check in at 3pm. The pool was clean and a great bonus, having some great cityscape views especially at night. In short, a nice budget hotel in a good location.

Standard rooms don't have windows which was not made clear when i booked so paid to upgrade room. Then had to move room again when they gave me a room with a window that is literally right up against the swimming pool. Third room was fine for the first 2 nights but the 3rd night the electric box started buzzing loudly. I reported it the next morning to reception but they didn't bother to check it out until i got back to the hotel 8 hours later. The buzzing had stopped by then but i had taken a video for them. The reception girl assured me if it happened again that night the night reception list would be able to come up and fix it. It happened and that poor girl had no idea how to stop it but she was great and found me a new room. 4 room changes in a 6 night stay.
The breakfast was at the cafe next door whicb was a "pick one thing from the menu" deal. I choose the oatmeal which was just a small amount muesli swimming in a large bowl of warm, very sweet milk. And when i dipped my spoon in to find the muesli found there was a large slice of avocado floating in there for no reason. Needless to say I did not partake in the provided breakfast the rest of my stay!
Ok if you're really tight on money but if you can afford it, stay elsewhere!

Hotel is in a great location. Only short walk to Clarke Quay. Trains and busses depart from every corner surrounding hotel. Unfortunately my window looked directly out onto the swimming pool (floor 6) so had to keep curtains closed at all times, and it could be quite loud depending who was in the pool.
Very basic room with only basic amenities provided- a dental kit but no soap? Coffee machine but no coffee? No water provided. Aircon in rooms and TV. Good place to stay if you are exploring the city and just want somewhere to rest.

We booked the cheapest room we could find downtown in Singapore and we were not disappointed!
The room looked like it is on the pictures, small and without any windows. But it was very well ventilated and the AC worked fine.
