We spent here two nights and all in all we were satisfied with our stay in the hotel.
The rooms could have been more spacious but compared to cost of this room the quality was satisfying. The staff was helpful and nice all the time. This hotel has a very nice location just right in the middle of the city. Its surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. The swimming Pool on the top is really gorgeous!

Standard rooms don't have windows which was not made clear when i booked so paid to upgrade room. Then had to move room again when they gave me a room with a window that is literally right up against the swimming pool. Third room was fine for the first 2 nights but the 3rd night the electric box started buzzing loudly. I reported it the next morning to reception but they didn't bother to check it out until i got back to the hotel 8 hours later. The buzzing had stopped by then but i had taken a video for them. The reception girl assured me if it happened again that night the night reception list would be able to come up and fix it. It happened and that poor girl had no idea how to stop it but she was great and found me a new room. 4 room changes in a 6 night stay.
The breakfast was at the cafe next door whicb was a "pick one thing from the menu" deal. I choose the oatmeal which was just a small amount muesli swimming in a large bowl of warm, very sweet milk. And when i dipped my spoon in to find the muesli found there was a large slice of avocado floating in there for no reason. Needless to say I did not partake in the provided breakfast the rest of my stay!
Ok if you're really tight on money but if you can afford it, stay elsewhere!

We booked the cheapest room we could find downtown in Singapore and we were not disappointed!
The room looked like it is on the pictures, small and without any windows. But it was very well ventilated and the AC worked fine.

Nice hotel, with the necessary things for a stay. Not big rooms, but they still have what you need. Loved the rooftop pool. 😊

My wife and I recently stayed at the Ibis Singapore Clarke Quay, and our experience was largely positive. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:
**Location:**
The hotel’s location is a major highlight. Situated in Clarke Quay, it’s perfect for those looking to enjoy Singapore’s vibrant nightlife. The Singapore River is just a stone’s throw away, offering scenic walks and a plethora of dining options. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the MRT station, making it easy to explore the city.
**Accommodation:**
The rooms at the Ibis are modern and clean, though a bit on the smaller side. While the compact size wasn’t a huge issue for us, it might be something to consider for those needing more space. One minor inconvenience was the absence of complimentary bottled water, requiring us to drink from the bathroom tap, which we opted not to do.
**Service:**
The service was commendable. We were particularly pleased with the complimentary early check-in at 10:30 AM, which was a welcome surprise since the usual check-in time is 3 PM. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to start our vacation earlier than expected, setting a positive tone for our stay.
**Overall Experience:**
Despite the small room and the water situation, our stay at the Ibis Singapore Clarke Quay was enjoyable. The location, combined with the friendly service and early check-in perk, made it a good choice for our visit. We would recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a convenient and lively base in Singapore.
