My family and I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Osaka, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, every staff member welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, and that continued during three night four day stays.
The service was impeccable, with incredible attention to detail in everything from early check-in assistance to helpful recommendations. The rooms were spotless and luxurious, with thoughtful touches like automatic drapes. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a delicious variety, including traditional Japanese dishes that added a cultural touch. The views from the hotel were stunning, and the peaceful greenery surrounding the property made our stay even more memorable. Near the hotel has malls, restaurants, and train station that it is so convenient. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special. We can’t wait to return and will happily recommend your hotel to others!

I cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, clean and in excellent condition. We chose a self catering suite and it was spacious and luxurious. I love the little amenities they give you like a bath sponge, bath salts etc. the rooms had a full fridge and freezer, washing and drying machine, dishwasher, stove and oven. Everything you need. The gym is well equipped with a range of dumbbells (5kg to 40kg) and a range of strength and cardio machines. The service is incredible and we were tended to professionally and with care. The restaurants are really good with varied options. Finally, it is situated in the heart of the shopping district with the main Osaka station nearby. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We love traveling and stay at many hotels but this one is my -#1, I didn’t want to leave. Their service, friendliness, on top of everything, it’s classy, it’s AMAZING!! The breakfast buffet is out of this world. I have egg whites with crab, REAL CRAB and shrimp, have never had that. The lounge at the 28th floor was so spectacular, their tea time and happy hours were great. Oh, the rooms, we had amazing views. I am in love with this place and their services.
Almost forgot, you walk to the Osaka station, it’s pretty much a 10 minute walk.
I can’t wait to be back 🥰

I am a total Intercontinental fan, worldwide, but besides my love for the old style palaces in the IHG group, I am particularly in love with the Osaka Intercontinental Hotel. The architecture, the generosity of space, the fantastic staff, the Intercontinental Club lounge, you name it.
Every detail is a treat and a joy. This is rare in our today’s world. Please keep the fantastic work going, I will always be your faithful guest and friend. Thank YOU!!!

We stayed for several days and couldn’t have picked a better place in Osaka! The rooms are very spacious, the breakfast buffet offers plenty of variety, and the staff, as is typical in Japan, are incredibly kind and attentive. Special thanks to Saaya for her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist us.
Heads up: though equipped with state-of-the-art machines, the gym is shared with ‘members’ (whatever that means). It’s a very large and spacious facility and was never crowded.
New addition: The only thing that doesn’t quite make sense is the shower design in the rooms. There’s no separation between the shower and the bathtub, which causes water to spread all over, even if you don’t use the tub.
