I am writing this review after staying at the hotel in August. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for their outstanding hospitality. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive to me and my family, making our stay truly memorable.
A special thank you to Meriem from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to assist us with various requests. Her dedication and professionalism made a significant difference in our experience, and we are deeply grateful for her help.
Thank you once again to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Terrible service in regards to check. Truthfully arrived early but was informed that the room was top priority and would be ready within an hour.2.5 hours later our friends who arrived after us got there room immediately. Staff just try to justify it by repeating rules and speaking over. Nice hotel but you can get way better service for similar cost. Also to add after saying the luggage was coming in 6 minutes , 45 minutes later still doesn’t arrive. Already decided this place is over priced and wouldn’t come back

Amazing Hotel and Resort - Must stay!
Shortly after I proposed to my now fiancée, we checked in to Al Qasr. After a couple of minor issues at check-in, we experienced 5 star service from all staff to ensure our stay was special! We were provided reservations at the Hot Air baloon restaurant within the complex and champagne to make our stay even more special!
The location of the hotel and resort is great - close to the Burj al Arab with great views. We went on a complimentary boat ride down the lagoon between the Jumierah hotels which was lovely and also took advantage of the buggies which made our journey for dinner/drinks effortless.
We opted for a club room experience and it did not disappoint- great selection of food and drinks to start off the night.
A special thank you to Desire (manager). From the moment we met, she made our experience magical! Honestly, thank you so much for all your work and hospitality. It is truly refreshing that service like this still exists.
I cannot wait to bring my fiancée and soon to be wife back!

Terrible service—very slow and nothing like a five-star hotel. I had stayed here before and expected much better. My experience completely ruined my mood on Valentine’s Day. I had requested a room decoration in advance as a surprise, but it wasn’t done on time or even afterward. All they did was place two swans on the bed—no balloons, nothing to create a celebratory atmosphere. I also had to wait more then 40 minutes for ice, calling reception five times with no response. Extremely disappointing.

I just returned from staying at Jumeirah Al Qasr. To me, this place can be called "perfect". The entire staff is welcoming, helpful and personable. I hated to say goodbye to them. Our room was the perfect size, we had the largest bed I've ever seen, and our balcony view was absolutely beautiful. We had a lagoon view. We ate at the buffet most of the time b/c it's so convenient and the food is wonderful. It has a good variety and it's all delicious. We loved the buggie boats to get around and shop, etc. The pool is very nice but we spent our time at the beach. Their beach is one of the nicest I've been to. Nice lounge chairs. Ice cream, water, fruit, and fresh coconut is served automatically. If you want food and drinks, that's available too.
I look very forward to visiting again.
