LOVE THE AMBIENCE AND THE LOCATION. the staff is so sweet and lovely. the food is always on point and the lobby has this amazing smell that literally makes you feel like you are walking into a forest. The rooms are huge and spacious. The Buffet gets a little crowded during peak hours but the staff knows how to manage the guests. Worth the money for sure

My mother and I stay at this Hotel every year in winter for 10 days. Hotel is just amazing but what makes it so special is the staff that is just so hard working, friendly and attentive. At the market restaurant every single waiter and waitress is dedicated and so friendly to every hotel guest.
Also the staff at the pool makes the stay so comfortable. Rooms are very nice and have a lot of space. Always clean. Fitnesscenter is big and has a Lot of high quality Equipment.
We will come back like the last seven years :)

The hotel grand Hyatt Dubai is one of the excellent hotels in Dubai, where my spouse and I have stayed several times. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially in the outdoor areas and around the pool. The reception staff is polite and efficient, and the housekeeping team maintains the rooms with great attention to cleanliness.
Since our stays are usually longer than a week, the comfort and suitability of the room are very important to us, and this hotel has always met our expectations. Unlike many hotels that, despite having good rooms available, initially assign a less favorable room and change it only if the guest objects—or encourage the guest to pay more for a better room—at the Hyatt Regency, we have always been provided with a good, comfortable room upon arrival without needing to change it.
From the outside, the hotel has a simple appearance, but the interior is beautifully designed with a warm color palette and natural materials like stone and wood, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel’s interior features several restaurants, modern cafes, and a bar, providing a pleasant space for guests to spend time.
The rooms in this hotel are spacious, well-equipped, and well-designed. The large windows, bright rooms, and well-maintained, stylish bathrooms add to the pleasant experience.
The hotel’s restaurants are quite expensive, and the quality of the food is average, but the breakfast is excellent. Enjoying the outdoor pool feels refreshing due to its beautiful setting, and there are also facilities like a gym and more.
The hotel’s location is convenient as well.
