The hotel grand Hyatt Dubai is one of the excellent hotels in Dubai, where my spouse and I have stayed several times. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially in the outdoor areas and around the pool. The reception staff is polite and efficient, and the housekeeping team maintains the rooms with great attention to cleanliness.
Since our stays are usually longer than a week, the comfort and suitability of the room are very important to us, and this hotel has always met our expectations. Unlike many hotels that, despite having good rooms available, initially assign a less favorable room and change it only if the guest objects—or encourage the guest to pay more for a better room—at the Hyatt Regency, we have always been provided with a good, comfortable room upon arrival without needing to change it.
From the outside, the hotel has a simple appearance, but the interior is beautifully designed with a warm color palette and natural materials like stone and wood, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel’s interior features several restaurants, modern cafes, and a bar, providing a pleasant space for guests to spend time.
The rooms in this hotel are spacious, well-equipped, and well-designed. The large windows, bright rooms, and well-maintained, stylish bathrooms add to the pleasant experience.
The hotel’s restaurants are quite expensive, and the quality of the food is average, but the breakfast is excellent. Enjoying the outdoor pool feels refreshing due to its beautiful setting, and there are also facilities like a gym and more.
The hotel’s location is convenient as well.

This hotel ranks among the best I've experienced this year, offering a truly relaxing stay. During our two-night stay, we enjoyed buffet breakfasts and dinners surrounded by unique interior features like real trees and a koi pond. Our room provided a stunning view of downtown Dubai.
The service was exceptional; unlike other hotels, the staff didn't solicit reviews (nor to mention their names in the review), reflecting their confidence in the service provided.

It’s a place for perfect healing. I did SPA, Jacuzzi, iced Pool was so amazing. The service is incredible and the people were professional and polite… the whole experience was quiet and calm and that was the most important thing to attend a SPA or day pass
It’s also the middle of the city. It’s not far from anywhere.
I’d recommend you to go and try yourself.
For Emirates Platinum Club users, you can enter the club and enjoy the spa and day pass benefits at ease free of cost. Which is beyond amazing.

I recently booked two rooms at your property for December 31, and I was surprised to receive an email stating that I must pay additional charges for the gala dinner, even though I had made it clear that I would not be attending the event.
Upon contacting the reception, I was informed that the charges are mandatory for all guests staying at the hotel that night. While I understand the hotel’s policies, this requirement was not disclosed at the time of booking. I find it disappointing and unfair to impose additional charges without prior notice or providing an option for guests to opt out, especially when the service is not something I intend to use.
I kindly request that you reconsider this policy or provide further clarification, as it has left me feeling quite dissatisfied with my experience so far. Transparency is a key aspect of guest satisfaction, and I trust that you will take my feedback into account.

We stayed in a 3 Bedroom apartment. It was great, nicely cleaned, hygienic and very very spacious apartment. Its location is also good, right beside the metro station. Property pool is the star attraction. They have prepared a nice play area for kids. Appartments are a really nice deal for families!
