Clean and spacious rooms. We had a studio and a 2 bedroom apartment. They were both very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. They both had a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. I received a discount for the early booking through their website, plus late check out time. We ordered once through the room service but the food wasn't that good. I didn't like that the guy who delivered our food to the room asked us to pay for it right away and wouldn't leave the door until we paid. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Location couldn’t be any more perfect. The pool is lovely and quiet but unfortunately the sun goes behind another building and you lose the sunshine by 2pm. However we just go to the beach Instead. The Tram is directly outside, and very easy to use. Everything else is within 20 minutes car journey. Staff are very kind and helpful especially Maya and Shiju. We will definitely be visiting again.

Sea View: Fantastic Room: Fantastic Room Service: Fantastic Reception: Fantastic (Thank you, Peipei, Shoon, and Donya!) They went above and beyond—promptly providing an extra bed and even allowing us a late check-out. Very happy with the service! Other Staff: Fantastic Location: Good if you have a car, though the road layout often requires looping around for quite some time. Vibe: 4/5 – This is my personal take and not a fault of the hotel. The building is a mixed apartment/hotel complex, and in some aspects, it feels that way. If you're looking for a grand, spacious lobby with a lavish driveway and entrance, this may not be the best fit. However, having a sea view unit made a huge difference for us. That said, the weakest point for me was the restaurant. We had a half-board package and tried both breakfast and dinner. Overall, I found the variety lacking—very few grilled meats or seafood, for example. Throughout our stay, only orange and watermelon juice were available and no ice cream at all. On the bright side, the appetizers and desserts were fantastic—some of the best I've had in hotels. Overall: This is a great place with amazing service. However, given the exceptional reviews and high ratings across all platforms, you would expect absolute perfection. I'm also leaving a 5 stars review, since service was truly outstanding but if it wouldn't be the case I would rate is as 4 due to the not so abundant variety of food.

This is a very nice place to stay in Dubai. It's very good located to be reached by taxi or public transport (tram`s station is just near to the building). If you're looking for a quiet and cozy place to stay for a day or an 8 months (as it was in my case), this hotel should be your first choice. Both restaurants have very wide menus. All rooms are spacious, clean, and well furnished with spectacular views. The hotel team is very polite and helpful at any time of day and night.
