Clean and spacious rooms. We had a studio and a 2 bedroom apartment. They were both very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. They both had a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. I received a discount for the early booking through their website, plus late check out time. We ordered once through the room service but the food wasn't that good. I didn't like that the guy who delivered our food to the room asked us to pay for it right away and wouldn't leave the door until we paid. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Today I had breakfast at American Cafe & Lounge inside Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience! The ambiance is calm, clean, and perfect for both business meetings and friendly gatherings. The breakfast options are excellent, offering a great variety of delicious choices. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal place to enjoy a meal while also getting some work done. I highly recommend this spot to all my friends and colleagues—it’s definitely worth a visit!

Location couldn’t be any more perfect. The pool is lovely and quiet but unfortunately the sun goes behind another building and you lose the sunshine by 2pm. However we just go to the beach Instead. The Tram is directly outside, and very easy to use. Everything else is within 20 minutes car journey. Staff are very kind and helpful especially Maya and Shiju. We will definitely be visiting again.

I recently stayed at this incredible hotel that truly deserves a 5-star review! The location was perfect, offering awesome views of the surrounding. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious getaway!

The most honest first hand review! DO NOT come near this hotel if you value a good night sleep! The construction of the palm view towers directly across the road carries on the entire night and you literally cannot get any rest. The noise is horrible and no one does anything about it. The beds are also uncomfortable, the pillows are too high and matress is hard. Don't be fooled by the fancy pictures of this hotel.
