Everything was beyond expectations!
Starting from checking in, the receptionist Mr Mustafa was very nice, friendly and helpful. The check in process did not take more than few minutes.
The room we stayed was specious and nicely designed, although room amenities were upon request, which i find unusual and inconvenient.
The way from hotel to the pool and beach is a bit far. The landscape was average and lack proper maintenance. The pool area looks a bit poor and not treated/ designed well.
Hotel location is great.
Generally the hotel is good and recommend

What an exceptional stay! The food, cleanliness of the rooms, the location… and the list goes on. I haven’t had a great 5-star hotel experience like this in a long time, as most 5-stars nowadays seem more like 4-stars. This will always be my go-to hotel in Dubai. Please keep it up!

Our experience at the Andaz Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern yet welcoming touches that create a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.
A special mention goes to Ibrahim, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay at the restaurant.
I highly recommend the Andaz Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious yet relaxed experience. The great food, superb service, and a beautiful atmosphere made it a lovely stay.

I am a bit disappointed as I paid a lot of money to stay in a room with a nice view, I was expecting a view similar to the third and forth photo were I took them from the pool area. Rooms are very small, we had a baby and it was so small for us, you can’t even bring the stroller inside easily. Location wise, it’s at the entrance of the palm and if you want to go out for walking with a baby stroller, you just have to use the car road to exist and the pavement is so slippery because of the marble so be careful. The breakfast is big and nice but they don’t do proper filter coffee which disappointing. Staff are nice and welcoming but sometimes you see more staff than guests which makes it a bit uncomfortable as lobby is always busy and crowded, it’s a very small lobby as well. So is it worth it, no. It’s too expensive and you don’t get the same value of the money you pay.

Me and my sister had the worst service from the start of our stay! The reception was not helpful at all Infact he was extremely rude.we asked for an upgrade to a sea view but the reception said that they are fully booked ( however there was barely anyone there in the hotel) and therefore cannot upgrade however we can pay to upgrade which did not make sense at all! If there is availability then how was this possible that if we were to pay then there would be an availability to upgrade to sea view rooms! The receptionist made us wait 3 hours for a room and we ended up with a room on level 3, which was ridiculous as we paid a lot of money expecting for the service to be good. He refused to give us credit to eat breakfast and told us to sit outside for 3 hours. My sister has dairy intolerance and had always requested for soya at breakfast and lunch time but the staff was so careless that they would disregard what our requirements were and would serve us dairy and then we would have to call them back to complain.
Room service was appalling, they would not replace clean towels unless you ask them especially to.
The beach staff were rude and ignorant! When I asked to open up the parasol, the staff would give us dirty looks and walk off!
We would require a taxi and the door man responded back that you can find a taxi yourself.
Overall the experience was not pleasant and was very disappointing. I will not be recommending this to anyone. We feel we were targeted as we were two ladies alone.
