My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful.
First and foremost, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which created a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
The gym was another highlight – modern, well-equipped with high-quality machines, perfect for a full workout.
Breakfast was a real delight – a wide variety of fresh and healthy options, ensuring that everyone could find something to enjoy.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and elegantly designed. The bathroom featured high-quality toiletries, adding to the overall experience.

Absolutely loved our stay at Oaks batutta..
The pasta station with the chefs preparing pasta exactly to my specs for both my kids and us was a big highlight.. all the staff were very very accommodating.
We were all inclusive, and between the three different places to eat, there was always enough options to eat.
Another big highlight, something that is not really highlighted when we booked it was the amazing kids club.. Miss Delia and Miss lovely were such lifesavers and we were able to enjoy couple of hours of kids free chill time every day. One of the days my younger one was tired and started crying and we were not in the room, Miss Lovely was Absolutely amazing looking after her until I turned up. Miss Delia is so clever with the kids and always smiling and keeping them entertained.

Fabulous 9-day stay here. The hotel itself is a tiny bit tired (a refurb starting shortly) but shown huge care and attention by the staff who keep it very clean and well presented. We encountered some outstanding levels of service by staff who were incredibly helpful, friendly and went the extra mile. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority. The location was also really good - next to the shopping mall and a short walk to the excellent Metro service. A big thank you to all the many staff at the hotel who made our stay so memorable.

Love this hotel! Everything that you want in a hotel.
The staff are all fantastic honestly, great food (Hamza during breakfast was very helpful), and house keeping also. Everyone is so genuine here always ready to help you when required. The hotel is located near the Ibn Battuta Mall which is very useful as it’s only across the road. Transportation is also good as the hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the metro and bus station.
I definitely recommend this hotel 100%!
