We had an incredible stay at Oaks Hotel. The Oaks kids club was a lifesaver – our children were entertained with activities like arts and crafts, face painting, games. Ms. Delia was warm, professional, and truly cared about the kids' enjoyment. The facilities were spotless, and safety measures were top-notch, which gave us peace of mind. Meanwhile, we adults enjoyed some downtime knowing our kids were in good hands. We highly recommend Oaks Hotel for families looking for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be back! It’s a beautiful hotel with very friendly and professional staff. The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large, featuring both a tub and a nice shower. The room also had a big TV, a desk for work, a kettle, and a small fridge—everything you need for your stay in Dubai. Breakfast was superb, with many options, and everything was delicious. However, for tourism purposes, the location isn’t ideal, as it’s quite far from the city center. While there is a metro station nearby, it takes at least 40 minutes to reach downtown. A couple of minor issues: the chair provided for working in the room was uncomfortable, and while the AC was efficient, it was quite noisy. Despite the bathroom being spacious, the area reserved for the toilet felt cramped for some reason.

I would really recommend this hotel for family stay. We have been there 3 times already and coming back this year too. Would definitely recommend kids club in the hotel and Delia who works there our daughter loves it and every time we are going to stay in Dubai she asks us to go back to the hotel because of kids club. They have wonderful activities for kids and this summer we’re going back to the hotel again. Service, rooms and staff are exceptional. Highly recommended!!!!

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Ooks Hotel with friends, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. We opted for the buffet, which offered an impressive variety of options, particularly in the non-vegetarian section. The spread was well-curated, with each dish prepared to perfection, catering to different tastes and preferences. The dessert section was equally remarkable, presenting a tempting array of treats that satisfied every sweet craving. The ambiance of the hotel added to the experience—quiet, serene, and ideal for a relaxed evening. Situated at the iconic Ibn Battuta Gate, just opposite the mall, the location is both convenient and charming. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and would highly recommend Ooks Hotel for anyone looking for a well-rounded dining experience with excellent food, a peaceful setting, and a prime location.

I had an amazing stay at the Oaks Ibn Battuta Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made my experience unforgettable. Special thanks to Pauline, Capus, and Ardwa for their outstanding service. They were always attentive, welcoming, and ensured every detail of my stay was perfect. I also want to highlight the chef, who made the best omelets I’ve ever had! The breakfast was a highlight of my mornings, and his cooking skills truly stood out. The whole team made me feel right at home, and I will definitely return on my next visit to Dubai. Highly recommended!
