My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. First and foremost, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which created a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The gym was another highlight – modern, well-equipped with high-quality machines, perfect for a full workout. Breakfast was a real delight – a wide variety of fresh and healthy options, ensuring that everyone could find something to enjoy. The room was spacious, comfortable, and elegantly designed. The bathroom featured high-quality toiletries, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel – the attention to detail, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere make it a place worth returning to!

Fabulous 9-day stay here. The hotel itself is a tiny bit tired (a refurb starting shortly) but shown huge care and attention by the staff who keep it very clean and well presented. We encountered some outstanding levels of service by staff who were incredibly helpful, friendly and went the extra mile. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority. The location was also really good - next to the shopping mall and a short walk to the excellent Metro service. A big thank you to all the many staff at the hotel who made our stay so memorable.

Love this hotel! Everything that you want in a hotel. The staff are all fantastic honestly, great food (Hamza during breakfast was very helpful), and house keeping also. Everyone is so genuine here always ready to help you when required. The hotel is located near the Ibn Battuta Mall which is very useful as it’s only across the road. Transportation is also good as the hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the metro and bus station. I definitely recommend this hotel 100%!

The room was delivered to us not properly cleaned . The kid’s club was amazing!! Our daughter had a great time with the two ladies (Lovely and Dalia)!!! Pool was really nice and all the hotel staff were super kind. We will choose again if we visit Dubai.
