We had a truly 5-star experience! The facilities were excellent, but what made it unforgettable was the amazing staff. It started with Andy at reception, who gave us the best service we’ve ever received. He took the time to explain everything about Koh Phangan, recommended the best spots to visit with kids, and even helped us rent a car with clear directions on where to go. The restaurant team was also outstanding, a big thank you to Bank, Foam, Joe, and San for making every meal a pleasure. The room was beyond our expectations, the best pool room we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, and we left with beautiful memories. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 6 nights for our honeymoon, and it was really wonderful. Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming, helpful and made our stay lovely. The location of the hotel is secluded and beautiful, access to a super sandy and clean beach (we saw the staff cleaning the beach every morning), and it's the perfect secluded spot for watching the sunset. The facilities are great, we had a villa with a private pool, and there was also a shared pool in the middle of the hotel. The restaurant had a great view towards the ocean. really great range of foods and drinks available at breakfast. Superb and romantic stay, and would love to return in the future!

I’ll start by saying that the hotel staff was excellent – very kind and very attentive. The location of the hotel is a bit tricky: on the one hand, it’s very quiet, but on the other hand, you need a taxi to get anywhere. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and don’t plan on leaving the hotel much, this is the right place for you. As for the rooms – they are wooden-style and quite outdated. The shower only has a single head and isn’t very convenient. The floor squeaks with every step because it’s made of wood. Some rooms have a pool view, while others don’t, and overall the rooms are not well maintained. In addition, the pool was full of leaves and was only cleaned on our fourth day there. What upset me the most is that they charged me extra for my 6-month-old baby. On the hotel’s website and in the room description there is no mention whatsoever of any policy regarding children. When we checked with other guests, they weren’t charged for their babies, but I was charged 7,500 THB – over 1,200 THB per night. In my opinion, this is outrageous, especially since it was never stated anywhere on the website or during booking. And if I’m already paying extra, I would expect to receive three towels and amenities for three guests. You can’t charge me for another guest and not provide the proper equipment. The hotel itself is beautiful, breakfast and dinner were good, and the people were very nice.

We felt so cared for during our stay here, especially by the staff No Noe, Foam, Joe, and AD. Housekeeping was efficient and thoughtful in providing any extra amenities we needed. Maintenance quickly helped when we got our key stuck in the door. The property is beautiful and well cared for. Thank you to everyone who helped us have a great stay even if I don’t know your name!

We have just returned from a 10 night stay and the whole experience was excellent. Our accommodation was amazing (beach front villa) and exceeded expectations. We ate at the restaurant most days (either breakfast and/or dinner) and the food was always very good and fresh with plenty of options. The service at the hotel (from the staff in the restaurant to the ladies in the spa and the team at Reception) was outstanding. They made every effort to accommodate any requirements we had and couldn’t do enough to make our stay relaxing and memorable. Literally too many delightful people to name check but Andy the concierge and San in the restaurant were amazing. Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing break in a fantastic location in Thailand.
