We spent five days here. It was my birthday and my daughter's bday and the hotel gotcha two cakes. Staff are super lovely and the breakfast is awesome. Pool side is awesome and shaded there is a little splash area for small kids. We stayed in the suites and had a great time. Just 25000 dong to the old city in a taxi

Comfortable accommodation with good proximity to the shopping/market area of Hoi An. Rooms are adequate size and bathrooms in most, but not all rooms are sufficient for counter space. Noticed some mould around the bathtub edges. Towels are a bit worn. Bedmaking standards somewhat sloppy. Staff very gracious and helpful. Pool area enjoyable with very nice lounges perched in the water. Good choice for those on a shopping mission. There are better choices if seeking a beach/party experience.

Quite, good value, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast needs improvement, not very appetizing. Management need to have a close look at staff, upon arrival out porter took us to our room and proceeded to direct us to his best friends tailors for his slice of the apple pie. He went in so much we had to usher him out of the room. On cooler day staff wore their own jacket and hoodies which made staff unrecognizable to civilians. Apart from that it just needs some fine tweeking.

Very disappointed with the room cleanliness and bathroom cleanliness. Mouldy everywhere and had a problem with hot water in the bathroom and only cold bath or cold shower and complained to staff and they didnt fix it at all and at 10 pm evening complainined again and they moved us to 6th floor which apparently was a newly renovated floor. The same issue in the bathroom. No hot water and had to wait for 5 mins or more till the water kicks in to be warm and in the middle of ur shower the water can change suddenly to become very boiling hot and suddenly turns cold as well. Took me 5 times Longer in time to shower than a normal shower as the water pressure and inconsistent of temperature . Breakfast was very not appetising and staff were not attentive at all To serve at breakfast. Service wasnt good and room definetely wasnt meeting an accor standard for mercure as we always stay with accor and this stay definetely disappointing for us. We wish we didnt book this hotel as it ruinned our impressions a little bit of accor Mercure. The bedroom and bathroom smell like mouldy smell and bathroom has an odour smell. The bedroom Also not clean. The towel is not comfortable. There were already lots of complaints in the other web reviewd regarding leaking and water amd bathroom And cleanliness issue as well. While I was at the lobby I ve overheard 2 other rooms complained the same issue regarding bathroom etc. our first bedroom has a leaking bath as well and they moved us to a different room after I complained 2 times. The service are poor and definitely this hotel is fue for a good refurbishment. Till that happen I wouldnt recommend it to others if u are expecting an accor Mercure standard.

Clean, comfortable, happy, accommodation. Not the usual high-rise, traditional Vietnamese style setting. My only negative is shuttle bus to beach and town is only one way, you have to catch a taxi back.
