The Minos Imperial Luxury Beach Resort and Spa Milatos All-Inclusive programme includes the following:
- Breakfast (7:30am to 10:30am), lunch (12:30pm to 2:30pm) and dinner (6:30pm to 9:30pm), served buffet style in Mosaic Brasserie
- 3 visits to à la carte restaurants for lunch or dinner, consisting of a 3-course meal of 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert (minimum stay of 3 nights, reservation required)*
- A selection of beverages served by the glass during dinner at à la carte restaurants (including mineral water, soft drinks, juices, draught beer, and white and red wine)

I've been here 1 day,all these negative reviews are so FALSE,the staff are amazing,the foods as u expect from an all inclusive. Plenty of booze on offer,all the pools lively with polite guests,music and staff walking round asking if anyone needs drinks.
The rooms are clean,air con is fantastic.

Beautiful hotel, had such a relaxing week here.
Buffet has such great choice, plenty of variety and tastes good.
Staff are all friendly and helpful, they could just do with keeping on top of clearing dining tables after people have finished eating.
Our cleaner was so lovely, our room was always clean and comfortable.
Good working air con, loved the all inclusive cocktails.
Beautiful turquoise sea, enjoyed swimming with the fish.
Nice hour walk into the nearest small town Sisi.
Agree with others that some things are starting to look a bit tired - some things like the sun loungers could do with an upgrade.

We went for 10 days. I was terrified after reading the reviews. The truth is somewhere in the middle. The pools and beach are lovely. The kids Club although in need of renovation was a hit with the kids. My daughters made friends and loved going for a few hours daily. The buffet always had great salad fixing. The drinks aren’t great and they definitely have issues producing the amount of ice guests require. That being said I enjoyed the iced coffee and had a more than a few pinocoladas at the adults only chill spot. My biggest complaint was some of the guests. The messy crazy seat saving towel hoarders. I just sat where i wanted by the beach or pool. They usually don’t come back to the saved seats.

I have nothing but good things to say!
The staff could not have done more for us, so welcoming, so friendly and so lovely.
The beach is absolutely incredible and the sunsets each night were breathtaking. The buffet food was up to more than a decent standard and the beach bar was definitely a bonus.
The only negative we noticed whilst here was how rude so many guests were, literally spoke to some of the staff appallingly and treated them like their own personal servants.
I truly think you get more than what you pay for here, would 100% come back again and recommend to anyone.

From start to finish this was the worst hotel service we’ve ever had.
I’ve stayed at 3 star hotels that offer more value for money.
The manager has anger management problems and is patronising to say the least. We had asked to book through the restaurant on our last night and the manager was in disbelief that we could have a request on the same day. He said the bookings were full but could squeeze us in at the start of the evening. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left there might have been 2 more couples that had dined….
Don’t start me about the “all inclusive” a very limited selection! All bottled drinks are an extra charge and yes this includes water!
When we originally made the complaint to the hotel they had also angrily replied to each of our issues.
If you want a terrible resort please look no further.
But the reviews don’t lie! Book elsewhere.
