Rooms are very nice here, large and cleaned regularly.
Food is okay, not out of this world. We found the asian restaurant was good and others not as much. Buffet was very decent. Juices and mixed drinks are quite artificial and sweet and liquor served not overly expensive.
Service is reasonable but since there are a lot of languages spoken here (mainly Spanish English and a french) the staff did not always comprehend the requests.
The beach is gorgeous but hard to find chairs. But otherwise you can walk the beach for miles here to different resorts. Clean water , nice waves, well packed down sand and not much seaweed and nasty stuff.
Overall we had a lovely vacation.

We had an amazing time celebrating my friends birthday here! The food is delicious, rooms are big, so many pools you don’t even know where to end up! The staff are amazing, spaghetti looking after us, the bar always topping up drinks, Senior Egg Man is the cutest a in the world. Right by the Beach. Only problem is people taking sun beds early as having to spend time to hunt it down.

We just got home from 4 nights in Paradise!! From the start the staff made our stay amazing! Danny at the front desk really helped answer all our questions and showed us the ropes for our first all inclusive experience! The beach was amazing as we're the pools. The Mexican restaurant and steakhouse were the best meals. I was a huge fan of the buffet, but the omlettes and fresh fruit were great.
Would absolutely return.

Had an absolutely wonderful time with my sister. Everyone at the resort was so kind, the rooms and the resort in general were super clean. The food was delicious. We ended up upgrading to the royal level which was so worth it. We did not stay in a royal room but that did not bother us at the standard room was wonderful. We ate at the royal restaurant, the seafood restaurant, steakhouse and buffet and everything was excellent. Definitely would love to go back at some point.

My husband and I are here for 10 days and so far we have been without air conditioning in our room for more then half our vacation. We have changed rooms and still the same problem.
The beach is beautiful, but that is about it!
After writing the above, we were met by a customer service person letting us know how sorry they were for having so many problems with the air. She told us they were upgrading us to the "Royal level". Once the conversation was done, my husband asked " do we call the front desk to have someone pick up our bags". We were told no we are staying in the same room we are in, just getting new bracelets to have "access" to the pool, restaurant beach chairs at the Royal Level.... A nice gesture but falls short and the Royal area is on the other side of the resort and neither of us are drinkers so it's not something we'd use.
And Surprise! OVERNIGHT ( AFTER OUR CONVERSATION) THE AIR CONDITIONING AGAIN IN OUR ROOM STOPPED WORKING! Called down AGAIN to the front desk and was told someone will be down during the day to fix it..... Same old story!!!!
Now we have noticed there is water coming from the ceiling, down the wall , leaving a puddle from the room hallway outside the door into the main hallway! This is the second time for this! I have a cast on my arm and will NOT be happy if I slip and fall!!
At the front desk again, asking to be moved out of the building
What was suppose to be a relaxing 10 days.....not so much !
