I will get straight to the point. My experience wasn’t the best. The service slightly average. Teenager ran the place and no one cared. My friends neighbor played music all night when we signed a paper stating we wouldn’t. It was reported and nothing was done. I cut both my feet on the beach. Will I return probably not. The room was beautiful and the view was nice with the swim up pool.

This is the worst vacation that could have been. The beach looks beautiful, but when you go into the water, you step on the stones. It is impossible to go into the water without shoes. It is simply terrible. People walk slowly so as not to get hurt. There is nothing to do with small children on the beach at all. The food at the resort caused stomach upset. And not only us. Everyone we asked had the same thing. The toilets on the beach did not flush for several hours at all. Also, the water in the rooms was also gone. Good shows in the evening. Good cafe with delicious coffee. But your health is undermined. Imagine that in the corridors and bathrooms they put laminate on top of the tiles. Shock! The water gives off an unpleasant smell. In our room, the balcony was painted when we were on the beach, and my son was in the room. The smell of paint! Nothing, relax. I do not advise anyone to go here. Under no circumstances. Just not here!!!

We are on the last couple of days here and the service has been outstanding! Anyone can find something to moan about but if you have any issues just let them know and they will resolve it straight away. Special mention to Brandor at front desk. Nothing is too much trouble and he does it all with the biggest smile! The entertainment team work relentlessly to make sure your holiday is full of fun.. you must have a dance with la maquina her hips don't lie.
All staff from front desk, the team, the cleaners (Maria in block 6 is AMAZING, always happy and sings beautifully) to the guys who work around the resort are so friendly.
The buffet is nice the food is fresh but can get a bit repetitive but all restaurants are lovely. Our personal favourite was chopsticks.. again another wonderful Maria in there... yeah baby!

Great grounds! Well kept and clean. Not a big resort: 5-7 min walk from main lobby to the beach.
Rooms are average (and we had the SunClub upgrade)
Food is average, not much of a selection. Went to Mexican restaurant one night: had to wait for the food for and hour, portions were microscopic, left hungry, had to go to main buffet.
Lots of activities through the day.
If planning to swim in the ocean - bring water shoes: there's lots of stones underwater when you enter, if planning to snorkel - also bring water shoes: there's lots of sea urchins on the rocks.
Beach is amazing
Beach beds are usually reserved early in the morning.
Be careful on the water slides in the water park - make sure your arms don't touch the walls.
Didn't use any of the pools, so can't say much about them
There's a local souvenir market to the right of the resort along the beach
Jose, our butler, was amazing, all issues were resolved in minutes.

The hotel rooms are just shy of a budget motel. The front desk and concierge were terrible with a tint of arrogance. Check in was a nightmare. Got there, they took my information and told me to go eat and come back, that my room will be ready. Came back after an hour, no room. Waited for an hour more, while observing other customers who came after us received their key. Ran out of patience with the front desk and the result was a room that was barely ready. Someone from concierge called me and offered me a late checkout as a remedy for the inconvenience experienced. I accepted. The next day, no one at the front desk or concierge had a record of this and I was denied a late checkout out at the time promised. The front desk staff is conditioned to size up people based on color. I was asked by the front desk if I’m Haitian several times by the front desk staff even though I told them where I was from. I didnt understand the relevance until I received a bad service. Apparently, there’s a historical rift and the culture here is openly prejudicial. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay and would not recommend this place to anyone. The beaches are rocky, the food is just okay, the buffet had flies everywhere. On a side note, the servers and cleaners are the best part of the stay. They were nice and courteous.
