Wow. 100% would come back and not just for the beauty of the resort and the stunning beach vibes but mainly because of the staff who were all so welcoming and attentive to making our stay a memorable one! The food was good, lots of options! Love the activities and entertainment that were held throughout the day! Special shout out to Mango, Marlenis, Powell, La Máquina and Oscar who made our stay one to remember forever. They always knew how to put a smile on our faces and ensured we were having a wonderful time at the resort! Thank you to all the staff! We went on a quick trip. The beach was beautiful. Our room was in the adult section with a beautiful view. The food at the hotel was pretty bad, drinks were ok on our side. However, the drinks on the regular side were not good…
The servers wouldn’t go to the hotels private beach to serve you, you always had to go back to the bar if you needed something.
This is such a beautiful place that the hotel could totally improve food and drink quality for a better experience.

We stayed at Sunscape for 12 nights and had a wonderful vacation. We would especially like to thank the tennis instructor, Leonel. His friendly and engaging personality made our tennis sessions and archery practice incredibly enjoyable. Because of him, we made it a point to visit every day. He truly made an already great vacation even better.
We highly recommend taking the time to meet him if you book a stay at the hotel.

I had the most wonderful time during my stay at this hotel from September 29 to October 10, 2024! From the moment I arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant staff, all taff in the beach and pool, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional ❤️The service was exceptional! The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s the amazing team here that truly makes the experience unforgettable. I look forward to coming back here with my boyfriend or family

Overall, our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, meriting a solid 4 out of 5 stars. It's evident that the staff puts in a lot of effort to ensure guests have a good experience. However, there were a few notable issues that ultimately led us to rate it a 3.
Firstly, we were not allowed to play table football, which was quite disappointing. The reason given was that it was reserved for teenagers, yet the room was completely empty. Why couldn't we play?
On my wife's birthday, we dined at the Damario restaurant and waited an entire hour for our dishes. When they finally arrived, the food was cold. This was quite disheartening on such a special occasion.
We requested laundry service to our room, expecting a prompt response. However, after waiting for two hours, no one showed up.
The hotel's doctor barely spoke English, which made communication quite difficult. To take the prescribed medication, we needed water delivered to our room. We waited two hours, called again, and only after an additional 40 minutes was the water brought to us.
At the VIP restaurant, our lunch experience was far from ideal. We waited 20 minutes for a waiter and then another 40 minutes for our food. This was simply unacceptable.
On one occasion, we ran out of toilet paper and requested more. We waited for an hour, called again, and it took another 40 minutes to get it.
On our last day, construction work started right outside our window, with drilling, tile laying, and polishing. This was extremely disruptive, especially when guests are trying to rest after lunch. The noise level was very high and unnecessary.
In conclusion, while the hotel has its merits and the staff works hard, these issues significantly affected our overall experience.
