The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

We had our wedding banquet held at Orchard Hotel and Shawn, our coordinator assisted throughout the journey. There were some details which we found incorrect but he was very willing to make amendments. The banquet went smoothly and staff were very helpful with our needs even when it was last-minute. We are really appreciative of the team given how tight our schedule was being a weekend lunch. Rooms were smaller than other bridal suites we have been to, but after the banquet being fatigued, we don't really need a bigger room. Breakfast was simply awesome!

Spacious nicely decorated room and lobby area. Upscale area near MTR (Orchard). Lovely pool area. Didn’t breakfast here due to our logistical arrangements but would happily stay here again.

Recently stayed 2 night. Just wanna share that the service is not so good. The location is good but With the price you pay, the service is not really good. First, during check in, even the queue was long, only one person doing the registration. When I went up to ask, the receptionist was impatient and just ask me to wait. Look up. There are other reviews are the same. Looks like they don’t bother to get better. Then during check out, I forgot to ask for my receipt. Emailed them trying to get my recipes. but they totally ignore my email. I have to use another way to get to the receipt. If you have other choices, pls go other hotel.
