This was my first time visiting Siem Reap and I only stayed one night here after spending a few nights at the Shinta Mani. This is a beautiful hotel w/ well appointed rooms. Attention to the details. Service, Excellent and amazing! I advised the staff there about my early luggage check in after leaving another hotel. The staff was very accomadating and welcomed me. The hotel does a really great experience and ritual at 6pm everyday where guests are encouraged to walk around the hotel for a blessing. Then there is a ritual where you write down your worries on a paper flag that's attached to candle boat and you pus it away and " let it go" into the pond. Really cool! Breakfast was high quality and made to order noodles or American breakfast. Loved the fresh coconuts offered! This hotel is on thr higher end of price in terms of hotels in Siem Reap. But, we'll worth every dollar! I will return to visit Siem Reap and when I do, I'm going to stay here!

A peaceful nest in the city center with spacious, clean, beautiful decoration rooms. Service is incredible. We loved the swimming pool on the 1st floor in a lush garden. And ice cream at the Glasshouse was incredible !

We thoroughly loved our stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The staff epitomized professionalism and a genuine thoughtful approach to service. The spa treatments were wonderful (expensive by local standards but affordable when compared to U.S. pricing). The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the restaurant (offering both Cambodian and Western food options). The wait staff were all kind and knowledgeable. The suite was clean and comfortable. We loved both our private courtyard and the private rooftop balcony overlooking the city. The negative: One of us experienced a painful dental emergency and was surprised the hotel did not have a list of recommended providers for foreign non-native speaking visitors to reference. But thankfully for Google/Reviews, we were able to locate a nearby clinic and with help from the hotel staff, was able to coordinate immediate treatment. The swimming pool area seemed confined but that didn’t bother us since it was too hot to just sit and bake in the sun.

The guest services provided outstanding customer service upon check-in through check-out. Mr. Usa, Mr. Sey and Miss Verena were very polite and went out of their way with courtesy. (Make sure to accept their welcome drink. Muddled strawberries with homemade lemonade and mint. It is very delicious and refreshing). Our room was impeccable and very clean. Anything we needed was just a phone call away. Do partake in their craft-making demonstrations in the courtyard, and enjoy a fresh coconut juice and Cambodian coffee. The buffet/menu offers both Cambodian food and western items. Try out their fresh juice bar. You can even tell them how you like it and a few minutes later, it's on your table! The location is perfect. Best location personally. Enjoy your stay at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap. I know that we will be returning here soon. Cheers!

This is a delayed review, but I want to take a moment to say how impeccable this hotel is and mention the amazing staff that made our trip exceptional. Me and my group were here for two weeks in August, and everyday I was blown away by the service, courtesy and splendor. This really is a beautiful hotel that goes above and beyond for their guests. I’d like to give my deepest thanks to everyone we got to know in the dining room/living room/kitchen, the talented Chef Sarath, Sithet, Rachana, Seyha, Vichet, Dither and of course the wonderful Met. Thary and Tola at the bar were such a delight to chat with and get to know. Everyone at the door, including Lemon, Dalen and Sambath were so friendly and always ready to greet you. Special thanks for Kourou and Sam at the front desk helping me with so many tedious tasks with such ease. And a huge thank you to our Tuk Tuk drivers through the Hyatt, Mr. Sina and Mr. Narath, who were our outstanding & reliable drivers everyday. People like this make the Park Hyatt Siem Reap so special! I hope one day I can come again, it was a pleasure.
