I can’t say enough how accommodating and friendly the staff was. The pool was so serene and peaceful. There were so many secluded areas within the pool that provided additional privacy. My family and I had done the candle lit ceremony and the traditional dance dinner. The staff was so nice and the chef came and introduced himself with the staff. What an experience. Angkor Wat was already an amazing vacation but the Hyatt made the trip extra special and a memorable.

The lights of the city are festive, inviting as we slowly make our way and without warning the hotel has arrived. Looks intriguing as I'm still thinking I'm in the centre of the city. Doors open and am immediately welcomed with bright smiles and warm greetings. The team, make me feel at easy so quickly that check in is forgotten, cold towel, cocktail and the sight of the Living Room take all my attention. This room is "Magical", I'm being told about the property and all I can think of doing is try every seat out and open every lid. The christmas tree is something super special. Check in completed, to the room. It's faultless, all I want to do is jump on the bed. Something about a neatly made bed, but room service first. My first introduction to Cambodian food, Wow. Amazing clean flavours and chilli on the side dish is a must. I can easily turn vegetarian at this rate. Try every dish and cocktail on the menu, well worth it. The chefs will make the dishes to your taste. The team were fantastic, it was good to know them as the days passed. The dreams, their family and their love if the hotel. I was part of the family from the moment I stepped on the site. Amazing people, with the most pure hearts. ❤️

The hotel is stunning, the staff is attentive and helpful, and the location is unbeatable. Unfortunately, the bed was the hardest I have ever slept on at a hotel, and the room was near perhaps a maintenance room or laundry facility with very loud machinery that would start up every hour and stay on for ~30-40minutes. It was loud enough to make sleeping difficult. As I was only there two nights, it was not worth moving rooms. The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately, it did not make up for the lack of good sleep due to bad bedding and noise. If you stay here, make sure to ask for a room in a quieter location.

What a place! The pool and rooms are fantastic and the staff is so kind and attentive. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommended when going to Angkor Wat!

The hotel is well situated in Siem Reap and a good starting point to visit the temples. The room was well furnished and very cosy and calm. But the most agreeable thing with this hotel is the amazing welcome we had. The members of the staff were all super professional and kind and we have rarely been so well received anywhere. We would definitely stay there again if we come back in the future.
