My wife and I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt in St. Kitts in a plunge pool suite while celebrating our birthdays, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—staff went above and beyond to make us feel special.
The plunge pool suite was luxurious and offered stunning views, making it a perfect retreat. We also enjoyed the cabana experience, which added a fun touch to our celebrations. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant.
As a final note, the food was delicious with beautiful presentation at every meal!
I highly recommend the Park Hyatt for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a luxurious getaway. We can’t wait to return!

The resort is beautiful, the service is good and could be better for a 5 star hotel. We had a bad experience at breakfast whereby my child's order was wrong, the food was cold, they took long because of the number of guests and they didn't ensure that we had napkins when we were seated. Got my child's meal but didn't bring any utensils. I had to get up and ask. They came by several times but refused to remove the dirty/unused plates. The service that morning was horrible but had dinner after and it was exceptional. The room is modern and nice but in terms of cleaning, it wasn't cleaned properly. They were just sweeping and not mopping so it was dirty. Wore socks and it was black. The toilet wasn't cleaned. Sometimes when calling "0" they don't answer and don't return your call. The family pool is really beautiful. In terms of drinks, the bar in the main restaurant drinks from there is fantastic. The ones that I had at the pool bar wasn't as great. It was mixed wrong because I had the same thing in the main bar and it was really good.

Truly one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The service was spectacular and the amenities onsite were lovely - everything from paddle boarding and snorkeling, to an infinity pool and great spa services. The beach onsite is secluded, however, if you walk around the resort for about 3-5 minutes there is a strip of local shacks, restaurants and bars on the public beach - which we absolutely LOVED. We signed up for the complimentary cooking class, which was so fun, and T-Shanda and the front office team sent me a nice birthday gift in our room. Thank you to the team here - we will certainly be back!

Suites were incredible! Stunning views of Nevis from everyone at the hotel. Gorgeous pools. The only down side is that it’s far from town, you will need a taxi or rental car to get anywhere.

Amazing stay! Grounds are beautiful. The pool is gorgeous and the service we had was superb! Came for 4 nights and had a blast. CJ was very encouraging to my 11 year old learning to SUP. Chris, the chef, went out of his way to accommodate our kosher needs. We had someone come to our room twice each day to clean and bring ice. All the staff are extremely friendly [some are from Nevis and take the ferry each day] and we were constantly asked if we need anything. Michael checked us into a fantastic room and Wycliffe at the concierge was a fantastic resource. I wanted my kids to take the cocktail making class so they can make me cocktails [train em young], but the resort would not allow underage participants, so they called me offering a mocktail class instead. The beach has seaweed, but they clean it every day. We went during hurricane season and we were told it's worse then. Highly recommend the Park Hyatt St. Kitts!!
