I was at this hotel with my husband and 2 kids (4 and 1) in September 2024 and we are planning to come back in June. We had the most amazing holiday here. The service at this hotel is absolutely exceptional. All our needs were met at all times. We would especially like to commend the restaurant staff that were trying their best to find us a suitable table for every meal and were extremely polite to our small children that are not always the easiest to deal with. The hotel is suitable for all kinds of guests, but the pool with parties is completely separated from the family-friendly part of the hotel, which is also very convenient. I have just a few minor remarks: 1. the Italian a-la-carte restaurant is not very good, skip it, the ordinary dinner at the main restaurant is a much better choice. The fish restaurant is, however, excellent, we highly recommend it. 2. The sea is really shallow and not really suitable for swimming. It was very good for our kids, but for any serious swimming you need to pick another beach. There are also some sharp rocks here and there. This is, of course, not the hotel's fault, but it's good to keep in mind. The beach is kept clean and there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The bar is also in immediate vicinity. We are looking forward to coming back this summer!

Really nice hotel. The room wasn't the best beds really hard but the hotel was lovely , great selection of food and lots of it. Entertainment was good and sami who was an entertainer was brilliant. He really is good at his job and spent time talking with people. I would come back again

The hotel is amazing and all the staff are very welcoming. From room services to catering and waiters. I have to say the spa team are amazing. We booked with Hamza and he got us sorted gave good reasonable deals. We had a 9 year old with us and he suggested things he could do while he was there as well. I mentioned I wanted a ladies only time and they sorted that out as well. We did have a language misunderstanding but Hamza dealt with it very well he made sure we are happy and left happy. The customer service was great. I have to also mention Olsen who did the pedicure and manicure was amazing gave good advice for after care as well. If you do visit here I definitely would recommend visiting the spa you will be 100 per cent satisfied. I would also like to mention the people who took us on the tours were great and looked after us really well. Very chatty. There is so much to do and the food is amazing all the snack bar food is fresh. I would also like to say the room services who clean room are so welcoming and very fast. Also the reception staff are quick when you need help. We were feeling cold they sent extra fleece blankets within 10 min.

Food was good. Room was small but fine for the three of us. Beds were very hard. You need to drink a lot of the all inclusive spirits to get a good night's sleep 😴😴

I wanted to love this hotel but there were a good few things that marked it down. Good things - the staff are great and very attentive. The rooms are a good size. The hotel position is fantastic right on the strip which makes everything easy to get to. The beach is lovely and the pools are very clean. The spa is amazing and I recommend a Turkish bath and the hairdresser did an amazing job on my hair. I got a lovely gift from the hotel on my birthday it was such a lovely touch. You get one restaurant meal a week and we chose the Italian one, it was absolutely fantastic definitely recommend going. The bad - Omg the beds are so uncomfortable I struggled all week and have came home with a bad back. You get one lighter blanket on the bed that's really rough and one pillow, I had to ask for more. No chair in room so had to sit on the bed to watch TV. I struggled with the food and didn't have many options, it was similar food served every day so got boring really quick. Lots of sun loungers at the pools were ripped or cracked. The stairs up to our room were a bit of a nightmare for my son who has mobility issues and it was so noisy at night as we backed onto a bar not what we asked for when booking. We asked for a late check out on arrival we were told to come back the day before which we did to be told there was nothing in the hotel at all. Then when leaving there was lots of folk checking out late. This was a priority to us due to my son's disabilities. All in all it was a decent hotel with good pools we never really had a problem getting sun loungers other than up at the cozy pool but if we were to come back I wouldn't want to do all inclusive and the mattresses need changing not everyone like to feel as if they are sleeping on a concrete floor.
