Island perfection. My family and I chose PARKROYAL as it seemed to be the perfect location for our young family. We could not have chosen a better place. From the friendly staff who could not help us enough, the beautiful pools, fun splash parks, fantastic kids play area and of course picture perfect beach were all exactly what we hoped for. The rooms were great. Spacious, minimalistic but comfortable, with all the appliances you could need. (Note no bath tubs only showers). The balconies provided beautiful views of the sea, beach and resort. Breakfast provided so many options to keep everyone happy. The hotel put on activities and we were able to enjoy a snake show. My toddler loved the kid's play area. The staff there were attentive and sweet. The lounge was a perfect setting for evening drinks. Room servicing was of a high standard. The in house restaurants served delicious food.

This is the review for their day pass package Price: - 90rm/person Include: - 20% discount for foods and beverages (not sure if alcohol drinks are included). Most food choices are wester cuisine. - Access to 2 pools and shower room - Towels In my opinion the price is worth it as you can spend the day from 9am. As it is also front beach hotel, you can just walk to the beach and enjoy there as well. Shower room is clean and nice with shampoo & shower gel.

Overall my stay at this hotel was good. The staff were very nice and friendly, always ready to assist and make the stay comfortable. The Italian restaurant on site by the beach, had fantastic food and I also really enjoyed the board games and the cooking demo they offered. However, I feel that the hotel could use a bit of TLC. The rooms, while comfortable, could benefit from some modernisation, and the cleaning, especially in the bathroom, could be improved. A little more attention to detail in this area would've definitely made our stay better and made it feel like a 5* resort. Despite this, I still had a good time and would recommend the resort, for its welcoming staff and range of activities.

I was travelling with friends and family which includes one senior on wheelchair. Hotel provided a chair in the bathroom which is extremely useful for showering of guests with partial disability. Room was big and we were able to gather 6pax in the room for simple supper. The bed was very comfy. There was an ice dispenser on the same floor which was great when you want an old beer, tea, coffee etc. Love the table tennis at the outdoor. We had lots of fun playing a game after breakfast. Very friendly and observant butler. Overall good vibes for short vacation.

Looking for a place to celebrate birthday romantically? This would a the best place to do that. First thing, they have a free service of decorating the room and a chocolate cake. Not only that, a complimentary drink to chill at the hotel bar! Booked a deluxe king room for around night and i think it is a reasonable price with RM530+ which include free breakfast. The room looks exactly the same in the website shown. Will definitely come back for the next vacation!
