My 10th trip to Penang and my Wife's 1st. Always stayed at Park Royal, always will. The staff are amazing and genuinely care about their guests. Food is amazing, the rooms are exceptional. Pool is great, cocktails are great. Customer service from the staff is 12/10. Thank you to Jegan, Santher, Harrison, Mutis, Salina, Kana, Idam, Norliza, Chef Aidi and Teng, all the Sunset bar boys and the house keeping staff on the 5th floor, and to the GM Edward. Thank you for making us feel at home when we're away from home. We'll see you on our next trip.

Fantastic stay from start to finish!
We stayed in the sea view king room, very nice and spacious room with a pretty view. Kept clean every day, with some welcome fruits and snacks.
Very good first impression with a beautiful lobby. Front desk staff were extremely welcoming (special shout out to Selina!)
Private area, very secure, right by the beach but it is a public beach. Nevertheless nice and clean. Pool seems small but despite a fully booked hotel, I did not feel like it was. All the staff are super kind and nice, quick to assist.
Solid restaurants on site, nothing mind blowing but the portions are crazy.
Would recommend, and would come again.

I am rating 4 stars as everything is excellent - rooms, concierge service and front desk. Even the pool and beach view is superb but one thing they need to improve on is the lobby lounge restaurant which is beside the front desk - the service there is terribly slow and they are short of staff. Been to this hotel 3 times and the service is always so slow at the lobby lounge only. We waited 20 minutes to take our order and finally went to Starbucks to get a coffee. Hope they can improve their service.

Amazing! Not a single fault. Incredibly helpful, friendly and hard-working staff at the resort. Amazing location, food with everything close by. Clean beautiful rooms. We have had the most incredible time with this being our first stop in Malaysia. Our 13 year old loved it. Thank you

Fantastic Stay at PARKROYAL Penang Resort
We had an amazing experience at PARKROYAL Penang Resort during our family trip from December 19 to 22. Our room on level 4 was incredibly spacious, featuring a super king bed that could comfortably accommodate four people. The staff were exceptionally caring and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious food and drinks to suit all tastes. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was perfect for a relaxing family getaway.
Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and great food. We will definitely return!
