From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. The security personnel in the parking area greeted me warmly, making me feel safe and welcome right from the start. The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic, with beautifully designed spaces that exude comfort and elegance. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Itish, the waiter, was incredibly nice and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was top-notch. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my visit. Additionally, I had the pleasure of interacting with the manager, Krishna, who was exceptionally helpful. He took the time to make sure all my needs were met and offered valuable recommendations, which made my day even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and delightful day use experience. The combination of excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and dedicated staff makes it a standout choice!

We had the opportunity to spend a family day at Preskil Island Resort and it turned out to be a great experience. The staff were so friendly and attentive especially Yovani who took great care of us. The resort itself is very beautiful as well as the view and is very well-situated. Not to mention the way the resort has been kept clean. Overall, we had the best time and will surely visit again.

One of the highlights of our trip was the glass-bottom boat activity. The guide provided an excellent explanation of the marine life, making the experience both fun and educational. Our room was just perfect—spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The ambiance of the resort was serene and peaceful, making it an ideal getaway for couples and families alike. The swimming pool was also well-maintained and pristine, adding to the overall relaxation of our stay.
