- Full American breakfast at Indigo Restaurant (6.30am to 10.30am)
- Buffet lunch at Indigo or an a la carte lunch at Dolce Vita (supplement applies on non-all-inclusive items) or La Plage (12.30pm to 3pm, La Plage closed on Sunday)
- Buffet dinner at Indigo, an a la carte dinner at Dolce Vita (supplement applies on non-all-inclusive items) or food credit on an a la carte dinner at La Plage (6.30pm to 10pm, La Plage closed on Sunday)
- Beverages, including imported wines, spirits, aperitifs, digestifs, signature cocktails of the day, draught beer, house mineral water, soft drinks, milkshakes, teas and coffee (dependent on venue), at Coral Bar (10am to 11pm), Ti-Bar (3pm to 11pm), H&H Lounge (6pm to 12am, beverages served after 11pm at a charge), Shakers Nightclub (Open on selected days)

Beautiful resort. Staff amazing, very welcoming, friendly and professional. I can’t fault the staff, so helpful. Deena welcomed us and made us feel so comfortable, made sure we were looked after. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would come back again and spend a weekend. Samantha was helpful. And thanks to Restaurant Indigo team and coral bar very friendly

We spent the day at Ambre and had a lovely time. The lunch buffet had a great selection of Mauritian food and the tea time snacks were lovely. Big thank you to Rose and Nicolette for their warm welcome and attention during our stay.

I recently visited this hotel with my partner to celebrate my birthday on a day package, and I can confidently say we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Samantha at the reception greeted us warmly and made sure we felt welcomed. She was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, ensuring we were enjoying our time at the hotel.
A special mention to Roopesh, the chef, who was not only friendly but also genuinely interested in our dining experience. He took the time to check if the food was to our liking, which was absolutely delicious!
Big thanks to Arvind, our waiter, who truly stood out. His passion for his work was evident, and he made sure we had everything we needed. He was constantly attentive, making sure our drinks were always refilled and that we were comfortable throughout our meal.
Overall, the service was exceptional, and the attention to detail made our day memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

We booked the Day Package at the hotel. We had a very nice welcome by the host Mrs Rose whose hospitality was superb. She explained to us all everything that were included in our package. Food and drinks, location and swimming pool were really awesome. We enjoyed every moment. We will be back soon.
