The Ambre all-inclusive programme includes the following:
- Full American breakfast at Indigo Restaurant (6.30am to 10.30am)
- Buffet lunch at Indigo or an a la carte lunch at Dolce Vita (supplement applies on non-all-inclusive items) or La Plage (12.30pm to 3pm, La Plage closed on Sunday)
- Buffet dinner at Indigo, an a la carte dinner at Dolce Vita (supplement applies on non-all-inclusive items) or food credit on an a la carte dinner at La Plage (6.30pm to 10pm, La Plage closed on Sunday)
- Beverages, including imported wines, spirits, aperitifs, digestifs, signature cocktails of the day, draught beer, house mineral water, soft drinks, milkshakes, teas and coffee (dependent on venue), at Coral Bar (10am to 11pm), Ti-Bar (3pm to 11pm), H&H Lounge (6pm to 12am, beverages served after 11pm at a charge), Shakers Nightclub (Open on selected days)

I recently enjoyed a day package at Hotel Ambre, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Rose, the staff member who welcomed us, was incredibly warm and informative, even taking the time to give us a quick tour of the hotel to show us where everything was located, including the restaurants and pools. This thoughtful gesture made us feel instantly comfortable.
Throughout our stay, Samantha, Navin, and Deena were consistently attentive, checking in with us often to ensure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism, along with the courteousness of the entire staff, created such a welcoming atmosphere.
The food and drinks were equally impressive—delicious and beautifully presented. I would highly recommend Hotel Ambre for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-catered experience. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our stay so memorable 💖

I like the hotel. Staff very friendly, nice, welcoming, especially Samantha. She took good care of us. No distinction between tourists and local guets. Food was very good. Tea time we had a good variety of snacks.

Had 10 nights in Mauritius at the ambre spa resort.
Rooms are very dated ours had a big crack in the sink cemented back together holes in bed sheets that they just turned other way round so it was at bottom of the bed. They left our patio door unlocked twice after cleaning the room and as we were on ground floor total security issue. One towel allowance is not great any other all inclusive adults only in the Caribbean is help yourself.
Food not much choice and is the same every day no variation in dishes. Last breakfast there was no bacon how can you not have bacon ????
Beach very rocky and very murky hardly any fish to see snorkelling more seaweed than fish.
Had a coconut massage in the spa no coconut used no smell like back home when you have them.
Biggest highlight of stay was SHAM at the coral bar. Amazing service remembered the drinks we have from first time serving us and would always greet us find us a table and always when getting on low ask if we wanted another. This guy is amazing and has potential to shine in this industry. SHAM needs rewarding he is hard working dedicated and his service skills are very rare to find these days when visiting a resort. If you say to him glass of rose and rum and coke he knows who we are.
We were expecting tropical paradise but unfortunately for us the Caribbean is much more tropical and all round pleasant in every way
