Not Worth the Price
I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation, as many areas feel outdated and worn out.
The service was generally poor, with constant small issues that added up—missing towels in the room, no spoons at the table, and a lack of beach towels. Additionally, there was no complimentary water in the room, and even at dinner, water was charged extra, which felt unreasonable.
The food was hit or miss—some dishes were okay, but overall, it was quite bland and lacked flavor. Another major downside was the beach situation. There were not enough sunbeds, making it difficult to find a spot, and the beach in front of the hotel was quite rocky and disappointing compared to the neighboring resorts.
To make matters worse, the welcome and farewell experience was underwhelming—no greetings or warm hospitality, which left a bad final impression.
On the positive side, the hotel has a good location, and the garden area is nicely maintained. However, these aspects do not make up for the overall shortcomings.
Considering the price, I believe there are much better resorts available for the same amount of money. I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Our Home from Home
Always made to feel part of the family which is a wonderful feeling.
We can strongly recommend this Hotel, excellent food and service.
The staff are always helpful and efficient.
General Manager Mr Dave Bundhoo is always available to help and advise you. If you have any problems, which we never have had do not hesitate to contact him and he will do his best to help you.
The food is always excellent and a very good variety. The staff in the Dining Room and Bar are second to none. Housekeeping is perfect also.

We stayed at Pearle Beach Resort and Spa (Hotel itinerary:72060852873569) from 29/1/25 to 5/2/25 to experience most miserable time of our lives!
The room in which were stored had it's ceiling leaking and water flowing with dust and paint sand which made both my wife and I cough and for which we have to visit our doctor
There are many other negative points which we shall elaborate in due course, but in the first instance we want to settle the matter amicably
We paid colossal £1753.16 for a hotel claiming five star, no where near three star
We suggest in the first instance and without prejudice to our rights that the hotel refunds us two thirds of what we have paid as we feel that that was the reasonable amount for this class of hotel. Before we proceed further we await a response from the hotel management

Our room was located in the building across the street and it was very outdated. The bathroom was very not nice and the shower made a mess everywhere when we used it. That building smells awful, like a sewer smell. Thankfully it didn’t smell in the room.
The resort is decent, the beach and the pool are nice. The breakfast was decent too. The service was ok, sometimes really good, sometimes not really.
You can easily walk to the Flic en Flac public beach and watch the amazing sunset there!
They have an old 2016 luxury hotel badge award in the lobby, however it seems that they didn’t maintain it since. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel!

- I’ve been to pearl beach today for a day package. I would rate the food 5/10 and the dessert as well. We do not have much variety. I did enjoy the pool but the sea is not for swimming as it’s rocky(maybe because the sea was rough) There is not much activities which was quite boring for a day package and as the hotel is small, we expected at least some activities. Soo we had to organize our own until lunch time. The drinks were okay, but I enjoyed more the Ice coffee. Also, some staffs are friendly but others do not have manners. As our package was all inclusive, unlimited drinks were permitted. One of my friends ordered a drink and one of the staffed said ‘Atan boss’ and we didn’t appreciate it cause we paid for this. While leaving the hotel, nobody even greeted us. I have been to 3 stars hotels but this not is definitely not worth to come again. It was okay for a first time experience. Overall, I would say please improve the atmosphere vibe. Maybe more music, and better entertainment and more appropriate snacks for tea time. THANK YOU.
