An Unforgettable Stay in Paradise!
We had an amazing vacation at Sand Suites Hotel Mauritius! The hotel is perfectly located, surrounded by nature and just a few steps from the beach. The rooms are modern, stylish, and extremely comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh tropical fruits and local delicacies that we absolutely loved.
One of the highlights of our stay was the wide range of water activities offered by the hotel. We had an incredible experience snorkeling among colorful coral reefs—the underwater world was truly mesmerizing! We also enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding in the calm lagoon waters. For those looking for more adventure, the hotel arranges diving excursions and boat trips. The sunset catamaran cruise was simply unforgettable!
Relaxing by the pool and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel was also a wonderful experience. If you're looking for a luxurious yet tranquil getaway surrounded by nature, Sand Suites Hotel Mauritius is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

We had our wedding reception at Sands last month and it was really magical! We planned our special day almost a year in advance with the help and support of Laurent, the hotel manager, who did a magnificent job at executing our wedding. After lots of back and forth communication, he really impressed us with the end result from the set up of the event to the timing of the activities. We would also like thank all the staff that helped and served us during our wedding. The service was impeccable, as well as the chef and his team who made a delicious and beautiful menu for us and our guests. We are grateful for everyone at Sands who made our wedding the most beautiful we could imagine by going beyond our expectations!

Myself and my now wife we got married here on the beach. This hotel was just what we was looking for location location location such a smooth operation from as you are picking up from the airport and delivered to reception and likewise for the return homebound you are looked after all the way the two ladies who look after the wedding events are so kind and helpful nothing is to much trouble. Over all we just stayed within the hotel and beach area every member of staff looked after you all day and night,after there boat house you can sail to water sky glass bottom boat too it was a fabulous place for a couples luxury holiday

Although I have been, and seen „places” in my life, Sands redefined the way I perceive relax in a seaside resort. Never before had I been welcomed by 8 (literally, eight) people upon arrival. Never had I had my bed made up in the morning and prepped for sleep in the evening, both happening only and always when I was having food in the restaurant. Never had I experienced such a silence and relaxing ambience. Thank you Sands, for now I’m headed to another hotel for the rest of my stay in Mauritius, but I will surely see you again in the future! ❤️

It was our first time in Mauritius. My husband and I spent 3 nights and what a unforgettable experience. We entered the lobby and was immediately impressed by the view and open space. We were met by smiling staff giving refreshing towels and welcome drinks. Even though we arrived before check-in time, they had already prepared the room and it was beautiful and super clean. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were of high quality, and it was clear that every detail was carefully thought of.
The breakfast offered a lot of healthy choices, fresh fruits and juices, and even flavoured water. The food was delicious, and I allowed myself to overeat and taste everything. During lunch, we tried the Pink Peppercorn Restaurant and I had a generous portion of fish which was cooked to perfection. My husband ordered a Mexican dish which he could not eat because it was too spicy. The waiter took it back and served a toned down version. And my husband ate everything on the plate. In the afternoon, staff offered a complimentary cold drink to cool down the guests as it was a very hot day. In the evening, there was themed night for the buffet but we tried the a la carte options in the other restaurant. The food quality was one star Michelin.
But what really sets this experience apart is the people. Laurent, the Resident Manager, was very attentive to all the guests, would greet everyone by their names and ask how they were doing. I believe that simple gestures like these make guests feel valued. A heartfelt thank you to him and his outstanding team - Kushsal, Ashmal (sommelier), Sandy and Ashvin for their professionalism, dedication and hospitality.
In this resort, the vibes are positive and we were able to relax, recharge, chill out and just enjoy. What a great way to start the year. With many good memories, we are already planning to return.
