Had only been open about 6 months when I stayed.. I stayed in room with balcony.. bed is big and lush.. bathroom is amazing.. Breakfast, there is sooo much to choose from.. Hotel itself is beautiful.. Service was 1st class.. everyone speaks English so no worries there.. they're all dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible and really go out of your way..! Kids are trying to sneak some breakfast to take away as they weren't very hungry, and hotels normally refuse to let you take anything.. this place, they came up to us with boxes so kids could pack their stuff to take away.. how incredible are they..!! Def will be coming back here, and it's so central.. Rooftop bar is well with a visit in the evening..!! Fab view..!!

I was delighted to be upgraded to a suite, which was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the room and the overall ambiance of the hotel made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi. The breakfast was so delicious

Very peaceful hotel at great location. Rooms were little dated but the staff was super friendly. Got there late night and ordered Chicken Tikka massala which was sumptuous. They had a great breakfast, full of variety.

I stayed at the Pullman on a 3 day business trip to Hanoi. The hotel is in a convenient location, and has spacious, comfortable rooms. I stayed on the Club floor where Minh and Mai Huong in the executive lounge provided excellent service with a very good breakfast each day. The weather was too cold to use the outdoor pool during this stay, but the gym and spa are also very good.
