Staying at the Queen Elizabeth 2 hotel was an exceptional experience. The customer service was remarkably friendly, the room was impeccably clean, and the amenities provided were satisfactory, including efficient room service. The food was delightful. This stay was arranged to celebrate our anniversary and will be a treasured memory for us. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special Thank for Duty Manager Paola, She gave us best service & also there was one Syrian boy ,he helped us for our luggage and explain about the hotel. I think his name Thamam ( but I am sorry if name is wrong) The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. This is different experience in my life, because of the ship.

Check-in was smooth and quick. The staffs ( especially Mary Jean ) were very welcoming and provided detailed information about the hotel amenities. The room was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a fantastic view and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the dinner menu was diverse and flavorful. My stay at this hotel was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Dining at Lido Restaurant was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The restaurant boasts a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere and stunning ocean views that set the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. Staffs ( especially Myo & Faith ) were impeccable. They went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience.

Breakfast at Lido restaurant was outstanding. The food selection was diverse and delicious, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The atmosphere was welcoming, with a comfortable and stylish setting that enhanced the dining experience. Special mention goes to Reda, our waiter, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive. He ensured our needs were met promptly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. His friendly demeanor and professionalism greatly contributed to the enjoyment of our meal. Overall, the combination of delicious food and outstanding service made for a memorable breakfast at Lido.

I do think it is an honor to spend a night here. The reception and the staff were accommodating. It is fun when you get to understand their map. 😁 We are a bit disappointed with the pool. It could’ve used windows or better lights but I think they are preserving the whole ship. Still in between if we are going to visit it again but it is a must-to experience. It would help if there were other activities to do.
