We had such a lovely stay here I can’t speak highly enough of it. We found the staff courteous and attentive - anyone we met once remembered us our whole stay (or maybe I have a unique face lol!) The food was lovely, particularly the breakfast but also the lobster pasta deserves mention. While my sister and I were here to celebrate my birthday I can confidently say this is a dream location for a honeymoon.
This hotel shines because it creates the sense of an escape. You’re vacationing at one of the top tourist locations globally but still feel so exclusive. I’ll never forget the wonderful views from our balcony and the Greek hospitality ❤️

We just completed a week-long stay at the Santa Marina resort and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredible (walkin closet, private terrace and pool) and the combination of a pool and a beach club cannot be beat. We enjoyed relaxing during the day and going to the Buddha Bar at night. And the service was excellent...in particular, Stefanos at the bar and Leonidas for the pool service...they were absolutely terrific. We will definitely consider coming back. Best, Rich and Sue

The overall experience was mixed. While most of the staff were professional and exceptionally friendly, there were notable exceptions that didn’t align with the standards of a 5-star property. We had to remind housekeeping daily about missing amenities, which was disappointing. It was also disheartening to see a clear difference in service depending on the type of boat docked at the hotel or the room category.
The property itself is stunning, recently renovated, and in a prime location. However, the beach staff could improve their response time; towels were left unattended for hours after guests left, and a dish with two glasses remained in the flowerbeds throughout our stay—something unacceptable at a 5-star resort.
As for the Buddha-Bar experience, it felt more like a trendy spot to check in and take Instagram photos rather than offering a genuine, immersive atmosphere.

I absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are immaculate, and the hospitality from the staff is exceptional. The private beach is a wonderful touch, offering a peaceful and exclusive experience. Everything about this place exudes high-class elegance and comfort. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful hotel. However, the reception staff just ruins the atmosphere. First, if you are traveling with a male have him check you in because even the female staff doesn’t want to address another female. I let it slide at check in and thought maybe it’s just me, but at check out when I asked a question and she turned to my husband to answer I knew I wasn’t dreaming it up. Additionally, any time I’ve been at a large property (or another Marriott) they pull out the map and show you or explain where things are like the pool, gym, etc. They didn’t. We had to come back down later and talk to the concierge about it since there are no maps in the room or on the app and it wasn’t explained to us by the person who showed us our room. The saving grace of the hotel is the restaurants. The staff and food are amazing. They should switch out that staff for the front desk staff so they can learn a thing or two about smiling and treating guests like they are not a burden by asking questions. My husband was trying to arrange a trip to Delos. And he had been waiting for a phone call about it. When he finally did connect with the staff about it they were rude and told him they had called three times already. He said you should leave a message because he didn’t see the calls (nor did they show up as missed calls). Additionally, if you call the hotel to arrange a ride to be picked up from downtown just be prepared it will not go smoothly and if they tell you they will call back with the number of the car they might not call back and when you do call back the person who answers will have no clue what’s going on(I’m not sure how this can be improved upon bc it’s just a mess finding a car when you want to leave little Venice). The grounds are beautiful, but the front desk needs to be retrained.
