The Sheraton Miyajo hotel in Osaka is a lovely hotel to explore Osaka. There is a train station and buses to head to the two Tokyo airports next door and cafes and restaurants nearby for a quick bite to eat. The buffet in the hotel was fabulous with its wide selection of Japanese and western food. You can even fill out a a paper to order omelettes or rice balls to your liking. There is even an adorable robot zipping around carrying food trays. The staff was kind and lovely and even the chef was outside waving to departing guests. The rooms are a decent size and are comfortable. All in all, a lovely, clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay if you are travelling around Japan.

The only thing that is good about this hotel is the convenience of its location, just on top of train station and the airport bus that departs from the hotel directly. The staffs need to be trained english, they transferred my calls to 3 different people and none of them could understand simple english. The hotel is old, kettle is dirty, bath tub wasnt cleaned properly. When we checked in , the flush and bidet didnt work. Aircon only have 3 settings you cant adjust the temperature but it was okay for us. Definitely not child friendly everything is reachable.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s right next to the train station. The rooms are incredibly clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful. They also have an excellent gym for guests to use. If you are able to I suggest you stay here

The choice of orange decor feels out of place and detracts from the luxury feel of the hotel. While there is a pool, it’s disappointing that guests have to pay to use it, especially for a hotel at the Sheraton level. The gym is nice, and although the room isn’t very large, it’s comfortable. Service was good, and the direct access to the train station is a big plus.

I'd like to complain about their key card only. Other than the key, everything is wonderful. I need to use this hotel for business.. whenever I reach the hotel exhausted after the looooong day, I always cannot enter the room with the key! It doesn't work every time. They need to change the whole system of key cards in my opinion. It is super tiring to go back to the front and wait for them to fix it. It's not their problem, but the key. I haven't complained about this kind of thing to other hotels since it's never happened.. I'm so tired
