The choice of orange decor feels out of place and detracts from the luxury feel of the hotel. While there is a pool, it’s disappointing that guests have to pay to use it, especially for a hotel at the Sheraton level. The gym is nice, and although the room isn’t very large, it’s comfortable. Service was good, and the direct access to the train station is a big plus.

I'd like to complain about their key card only. Other than the key, everything is wonderful.
I need to use this hotel for business.. whenever I reach the hotel exhausted after the looooong day, I always cannot enter the room with the key! It doesn't work every time.
They need to change the whole system of key cards in my opinion. It is super tiring to go back to the front and wait for them to fix it. It's not their problem, but the key. I haven't complained about this kind of thing to other hotels since it's never happened.. I'm so tired

Having stayed at the Sheraton Miyako, I wish I had chosen a different place. The location is good since it’s right on top of a train station with airport buses leaving from underneath—but that’s about the only highlight.
The hotel is seriously dated. My room, despite being on the so-called “premium floor,” was a letdown. The renovations didn’t help much; it felt more like a budget IBIS than a 5-star Marriott. The room had no thermostat, no bathroom ventilation, the bedsheets felt like plastic, and the towels were thin and old. The hairdryer barely worked, and the ironing machine was useless. The toilet constantly smelled of sewage. The bathroom was stuck in the past with an old shower curtain and no real updates.
The hallways smelled like old carpets, and the lobby/entrance was impersonal with no staff to greet you. And be prepared for a lot of rules—they’ll hand you a rule sheet at check-in as warm welcome. No housekeeping in the evening, and they make sure you know it.
The executive lounge was okay. Fresh croissants and a pancake machine were nice touches, but the evening food was not great. Also, the dining tables are ridiculously low, making meals uncomfortable. The pool and spa look nice in photos, but it’s a separate entity from the hotel. I received access as ambassador, but other elite members have to pay to use.
If you’re after true Japanese hospitality, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

The only thing that is good about this hotel is the convenience of its location, just on top of train station and the airport bus that departs from the hotel directly.
The staffs need to be trained english, they transferred my calls to 3 different people and none of them could understand simple english.
The hotel is old, kettle is dirty, bath tub wasnt cleaned properly.
When we checked in , the flush and bidet didnt work.
Aircon only have 3 settings you cant adjust the temperature but it was okay for us.
Definitely not child friendly everything is reachable.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s right next to the train station. The rooms are incredibly clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful. They also have an excellent gym for guests to use. If you are able to I suggest you stay here
