Pros:
The hotel is clean, beautiful and spacious.
There are many different pools
Food is excellent
Rooms are cozy and clean
The partial sea view room is not the best view so not sure if it's worth the extra money but the balcony is spacious.
They have excellent entertainment and we saw an amazing Flamenco dance performance.
Cons:
No complimentary water
No drinks included with meals
Pools are small
Very strict protocol about using pool chairs. We left for 30 minutes and got a warning.
No beach chairs for the resort. It's a public beach so you have to pay.
Overall it's a good value resort.

The hotel is decent but doesn’t quite live up to the expectations of a 4-star experience. It’s very clean, and the entire staff is friendly and eager to help. The room has been renovated, which is nice, but it’s nothing extraordinary. Unfortunately, the mattresses are uncomfortable, as they’re too soft for a good night’s sleep.
On a positive note, the buffet is excellent, offering a great selection for both breakfast and dinner. The friendly, warm staff really make a difference and are the highlight of this hotel.
The location is fantastic! It’s just a 15-minute walk to the old town of Torremolinos, where you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. Heading toward the beach, there’s an abundance of beachside bars and dining spots to choose from. Plus, it’s only a 20-minute taxi ride to the center of Málaga—super convenient for exploring the area.

The hotel was in a nice location with few mins walk to sea. The rooms were smaller but sufficient for a party of 2. The restaurant was very nice and buffets were awesome with just a lot of items and freshly made fish for dinner and omlette a for breakfast. The desserts were awesome. Good place to stay for a non peak season with reasonable price.

My partner and I booked this hotel for the last week of October. Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is clean, staff are all friendly and willing to help. There is lots of space across the three sister hotels you have access to as part of the resort. There are multiple pools, a pool bar, indoor bars and it’s a 2 minute walk out of the hotel to the beach. The location is fabulous - it is a 15 minute walk into the old town of Torremolinos which harbours lots of shops, restaurants and bars. If you walk out of the hotel towards the beach, the beachfront has a great selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. It is also 20 minutes in a taxi from Malaga city centre.
The cleaners did the rounds every day and if you would like your room cleaned, you simply put the sign on your door handle indicating so. There were a few days we opted not to have our room cleaned, but met one of the cleaning staff in the corridor and were given fresh towels and toilet paper. The decor of the hotel is okay - the rooms could do with a freshen-up as the room we stayed in had a few chips out of bedroom furniture and the sealant of the shower tray could do with some attention - this was not enough to put us off however. We did have an issue with our air conditioning. It worked no problem for the first few days of our holiday and although it was October, it was still very humid and reaching 19-20 degrees most days so the air conditioning was great. We noticed it stopped working around the third or fourth day of our stay. We went to the reception desk to highlight this and were shocked when the member of reception staff stated that the air conditioning in the hotel was all turned off because the hotel was due to close soon for the season! Bearing in mind this was 4 days into our week-long stay and there were new guests checking in every day up until we left. This was an issue for us as we would never have booked a hotel that did not have air conditioning - it was our non-negotiable. The member of reception staff suggested if we were too warm, we should open the balcony door. This was not welcomed by us as having the balcony door open made no difference to the overall temperature of the room and we did not feel comfortable leaving this open with our belongings in the room or during the night when the temperature was most unbearable.
We went all inclusive so had most of our meals in the hotel. The restaurant was clean and food was well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive and efficient in offering drinks and clearing finished plates. The selection of food was good most days. My partner and I are both meat-eaters, although we both agreed that more vegetarian options would be welcomed. There were a few days where the only hot vegetarian option was plain pasta with plain tomato sauce and chips. A few guests did ask the restaurant staff about vegetarian options and on our last night, a vegetarian lasagne was served which was my favourite meal I had during our holiday - it was beautiful. I must say though - if I had been vegetarian I would have struggled most days. Also, a small note to the outdoor seating in the restaurant as this was not open for use during our stay - although all tables and chairs were outside in the dining area and looked appealing. We did ask to sit outside for dinner one night and were told no, it was not in use. This was a shame as the restaurant was very busy and warm so outdoor dining would have been a lovely option.
We had thunder, lightening and heavy rain for a few days of our stay. Unfortunately, as the restaurant is on the lower ground floor, there was flooding one morning. We went down for breakfast and the staff had set up a continental buffet breakfast area in the reception area and sports bar area. The way the staff pulled this together was great and they really made the best of the situation and the restaurant was open again at lunchtime which was impressive.
Overall, great stay here and would return.

Me and my partner stayed here all inclusive from 17/9/2024 until 24/9/2024. Overall had a brilliant experience.
Pros:
Location. Brilliant and right next to the beach/shops, cleanliness. Hotel is freshly decorated and is all fresh and clean, size, friendly and welcoming staff, out door sun deck for snacks and drinks (all inclusive only) good size gym, games room, security, fast free WiFi, food
Cons:
No one stuck by the rules. There was a no reserve on the sun beds yet people were out at 6 am reserving sun beds, there was a group of 7 adults that reserved them from stupid o’clock in the morning but only spent an hour of there day on them. Meaning people that came down later couldn’t get a bed.
The hotel can’t really deal with high capacity. The first 3 days of our stay was absolutely fantastic we managed to get a bed no matter what and we managed to get fresh food. However, as more guests arrived the quality of the food went down and the cleanliness on the plates, knives, forks and glasses went down. I personally don’t think they were prepared for how many guests there were.
You have to wait for the staff to come to you and ask what you want for a beverage with your dinner. We waited more than 15mins to be served at some points. It would be better if they made the cold fizzy drinks free and on a machine for everyone but only alcoholic drinks for the all inclusive clients and charge for drinks for non all inclusive customers.
No shave kit or ear buds in the room you have to order it.
No tea and coffee in the room !!!!
Overall we will be booking again in the near future.
