Our room was a little tired with some minor structural issues. However, the location and facilities were good. The entertainment was varied and generally enjoyable. The staff were usually very friendly and helpful.Special thanks to Annie and Claudia on the guest experience team for listening and getting things sorted.

Thank you very much, for everything, I loved the wee touch as it was my birthday on the arrival which was November 1st. You made us feel welcome the location was good, We did plenty of walking. The only thing that could have been better was the weather but we made the most of it. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good selection of food and a range of activities to join in with if you want. I loved the enthusiasm and positivity of Jonathan and Elena who ran salsa, pilates and other classes. They also greeted people at breakfast and diner, never running out of smiles and energy. Also, the tall security man on the gate - always a warm welcome as you pass. Cross the road to the beach. Lots to do in the local area - perfect for a short, sunny break.

The hotels location is amazing. The food is excellent. One of the best half boards ive ever seen. U can find everything. Generously good fresh food with huge variety. Best best dinner and breakfast, helpfull staff.
The only negative point i can mention is that although the hotel has several pools but they are almost impossible to use. The water smells extremely chlorine and water was too cold. I wish u had better measurements for your guests so they can even use the pools during little colder seasons. The indor pool was dirty and chlorines didnt let us go in.
The room temp was too high and when we called the reception they explained that its because the season has changed( im writing this review on 8th november while Malaga had a temp around 30 degrees and almost 17 during night. I wish we could make the room a bit colder. We had to open the balconies door and we were bitten dramatically. The ceiling of wc was licking too.

Lovely rooms slightly on the small side & a little dark inside.
Everything you could need ,a fridge,hand soap, shower gel and shampoo & conditioner(but no kettle -but we knew this and brought our own).
All staff are very friendly,our flight was delayed three hours-and pilot couldn't land,so we were very late checking in,and the man on reception gave us a bottle of water each on arrival.
Rooms cleaned on a daily basis.
We're only B&B but the breakfast is the best we've had in Spain so far,with extras like plum tomatoes & potato rosti's breakfast(have brown sauce but no tomato sauce)served from 7.30 - 10.30am.
Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Lovely location close to the town centre & we had a partial sea view.
