Good for family. Not all restaurants are open at the times you'd expect, so that leaves you with fewer options. Probably feels limited after 3-4 days. Nice clean ocean beach. Cleaners do power washing and landscaping early in the morning. Rooms were hotel rooms, but with not enough counter space for items like toiletries or electronics.

Place was empty but we're told they were at capacity. No titanium benefits fulfilled for reservations booked 9 months prior. Hotel is OUTDATED but in a good location, great restaurants near the hotel with great prices, food and drinks overpriced at the hotel and not worth it. Definitely will not stay here again or recommend! Some associates were very nice but not helpful.

Lovely relaxing holiday in St Kitts - service was excellent and the "pool volleyball" a real laugh. Recommend all the restaurants and hire a jeep to try some of the other places to eat - Coconut Grove is great for breakfast.
Great gym for a workout in the morning. Beach is great and seaweed not a problem - really refreshing to swim after a workout - go across to Caribbean Sea for Snorkeling. Definitely be back.

We stayed here for one week with our friends and family. We had an amazing time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and fun. The food was delicious. They had activities like pickleball, Karaoke, pool games, and yoga. The hotel had seaweed/Sargassum so the Marriott shuttled us to all the nearby beaches. I loved it because we really got to see the beauty of this gorgeous island . I fell in love with St. Kitts. I will definitely return.

Worst hotel experience that I’ve had. Terrible service!!!!! Stay away from this hotel. My friend got food poisoning from the food provided at the hotel buffet, the chef and other staff members have been incredibly disrespectful. At the buffet, the chef told two members of the dinner party that they could only have one piece of chicken/fish - A buffet means that you can go up as many times as you want but this is not what we were allowed to do at the hotel. We felt so uncomfortable at dinner & the waitress continuously asked us about the bill. The chef told the party member that they should leave some food for others. My friend got sick from some of the food provided and I’ve had to go back and forth trying to speak to management all day.
When my friend got sick, I went down stairs to get some tea and had another bad experience with a rude staff member. She was sarcastic and rude to me.
I am completely and utterly shocked at the service provided by the Marriott in Saint Kitts. We saw so many good reviews but it goes to show that this is not the sort of experience that everyone receives at this hotel.
I would not recommend at all!
