The front desk team is exceptionally helpful and attentive, providing seamless check-ins and going out of their way to ensure every guest feels valued and assisted from the moment they arrive. This commitment to care extends to the accommodations. The rooms are a highlight, impeccably clean, meticulously well-kept, and offering a comfortable, serene retreat. The housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and order. Each morning begins on a high note with the hotel's breakfast buffet. It is genuinely rich in its selection, offering a wide array of hot and cold options, fresh pastries, local specialties, and international classics to satisfy every palate and set you up perfectly for the day ahead. In summary, the St Raphael Resort masterfully blends its timeless charm with genuine hospitality and solid comforts. It may not be the newest hotel on the block, but it offers a wonderfully reliable and pleasant experience that keeps guests returning year after year. Highly recommended for those seeking a stay with character and heart.

We booked a ten-day family trip to Cyprus at the St. Raphael Resort — two adults and two children — with half board included. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with both the service and the staff at the hotel. What surprised us most was that even with half board, no water was provided during meals. When we asked for water (we have two small children), we were told that water was not included in the half-board package. When we then asked for a drinks menu so we could purchase beverages, we were informed that there was no menu available and that we should simply “say what we want.” We found this to be very unprofessional. Families with children are not even provided with simple, basic drinking water in the rooms, which is something we have never experienced anywhere else. We reported this issue to the reception, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist us. Overall, we were extremely disappointed by the poor level of service throughout the hotel. The room we received was also quite average — no balcony for a family of four, no separate room or connecting option — and the overall value for money was very disappointing. We paid around €6,000 in total for our stay and expected a much higher standard. We cannot recommend this hotel and genuinely cannot understand the many positive reviews it seems to receive.

Me and my family stayed at St Raphael Resort for a week back in July. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a very relaxing and calm stay. We arrived very late in the afternoon, but we still managed to go to dinner. The check-in process was very smooth and we were immediately given a room. As soon as we finished our dinner we went to the lobby bar, where we were surprised by the wide range of cocktails or soft/hard drinks. However, we were really confused as of what was really all inclusive and what not. But we did not have a problem to ask and the staff - very nice people by the way - explained it to us. To review further, the kitchen was very tasty - we liked how the restaurants were separated, the restaurant where breakfast and lunch were served was rather casual, whereas the dinner restaurant was modest - we also befriended some of the staff, thank you Ramahotsu and Sarmilla 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 You could also visit the "Seashells" restaurant that was situated right on the beach - they offered many vegan, gluten-free or vegetarian options. The staff was amazing, such beautiful people - BIG SHOUTOUT TO NIKI, ALEXIA AND DEREK 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 We also spent a lot of time - most, if not all, of our lunches in the bar called "Splash", where you could find lots of international meals and such. Also big shoutout to Harris, Gabriella and Jacquelin 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 If I were to review our stay overall, I’d say it was a very enjoyable one. The staff was GREAT, food was amazing and the beach was beautiful too - pure sand! Thanks from Slovakia - Renáta, Eduard, Sara 💗

This was our second family visit to the St Raphael Resort, and once again the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and truly deserving of its star rating. The common areas are elegant and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and everything is kept spotlessly clean. The food is consistently delicious, with excellent options available throughout the day. The swimming pools are wonderful, and our family’s favorite feature remains the swim-up bar, which adds a special charm to the resort. The staff is always polite, attentive, and eager to help, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Kids Club was a highlight for our children, who enjoyed it so much that they never wanted to leave. We are especially grateful to Mrs. Elena, whose energy, kindness, and care created such joyful moments for our little ones. We are already looking forward to returning in the near future.

From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless — the food was exceptional, the atmosphere serene and inviting, and the service truly 5-star across the board. The resort itself is stunning — every detail, from the views to the vibe, felt carefully curated for comfort and beauty. Beautiful place, beautiful people. Highly, highly recommend.
