We had an amazing experience during our 6 night stay at this 4-star property.
Despite of hurricane beryl and its devastation left behind at this property, the staff went above and beyond to ensure they deliver what was promised. They made every possible arrangements in the best of their capacity to ensure every guest enjoys their vacation.
They were accommodating and responsive to our questions and requests all the time.”
The customer service was outstanding in an emergency like situation; something you don't see often !
We all were really pleased with the hospitality we received at this property and look forward to return here every time we visit Barbados.
Thank you and best wishes !

We stayed a week at Sugar Bay and the experience was incredible, we didn't want to leave! The staff were so nice, every time you walked through the hotel someone was saying hello and chatting up with you. Made for a great stay.
Location is right on the beach and while they have a pool, the beach is the main attraction with lots of chairs. They also have staff periodically come by to bring you drinks or you can head to their pool bar.
Overall I would 100% come back here and would recommend this resort. The resort is on the smaller side but if you're looking for a relaxing holiday, this is the place to be. Not to mention you are in walking distance to other shops, beaches, and restaurants if you want to explore the area!

Very pleasant staff. They tried their best to go over and beyond. One example of this was them making an off the menu item at the reef restaurant. The waitress told us it's there mission to try and make what the guest would like. She shared a story of a time a guest went fishing, caught a fish and they cooked it for him.

Customer service is spot on - shout out to LaTina who helped us when our AC wasn't cooling properly - we were upgraded to a room that had good AC.
Buffet food was great - there was something for everyone. Sizzle Steak House was excellent. Make sure you to go Collins Bar & get a drink from Helen.
There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach & the staff will give you an umbrella - if you like the pool better - get up before 6 AM & secure your sunbed. We only used the pool near Collins Bar & there was never anyone in that one - very small pool but suited us fine.

We’ve been to Sugar Bay twice as we enjoyed staying there so much.
The staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
The food is excellent and there’s always plenty of it. The on site restaurants are fabulous, particularly the steak house, the quality is superb.
We stayed in a family room which was more than large enough, always clean and only took a couple of minutes walk to the pool and beach.
The beach and water facilities are superb, it really is a wonderful place to be.
