We celebrated our anniversary at The Crane. Our room was a one bedroom with a rooftop pool. The hotel service was faultless. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and approachable. Our room was beautifully decorated with every amenity we could want. The mattress was comfortable, and the pillows were fluffy. The air conditioning worked great! We had no plumbing issues. Our pool and patios were clean. The grounds were gorgeous!! They were renovating certain units and one pool area, but they were clearly marked and quite neat. We will definitely return to The Crane.

I have to admit, I booked this vacation with my family before reading reviews about the resort. So, when I started reading them after booking, I began to worry if I had made a mistake based on some of the 1 and 2 star reviews. However, our stay was wonderful and the resort was fantastic! Maybe we lucked out with our room, but we had no issues with the A/C or with water pressure. The room stayed comfortably cool, and the water pressure was great. Room service came every single day to clean the room, and we had no problem getting fresh towels when we needed them. Even though we didn't use it, the private balcony pool was plenty warm and water was clean. The beach was nice, although there was seaweed on the sand and in the water most of the time, with only our check out day being the day no seaweed was present. But that wasn't a problem as we did excursions which went to even nicer beaches anyway. The staff was friendly with every member we passed greeting us with a smile and hello. The folks at the front desk were great, and the ladies at the concierge were super friendly and got us set up with excursions quickly after we arrived. I guess the only real "complaint" would be the lack of variety at the restaurants at the resort and the lack of restaurants nearby off the resort property. The food and drinks were definitely not cheap, but no one should expect it to be on an island whose biggest source of revenue is tourism and rum.

I recently stayed at Crane Resort for part of my vacation and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the decor was modern and pleasing. I appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary bottled water and welcome drink. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping the room tidy and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. The hotel amenities were excellent. The pool area was beautiful. I happened to stay during Hurricane Beryl and staffs were really helpful making sure we had a safe stay. They also had food arranged for 2 days and kept updating on the storm and made our stay comfortable without any problem/issues. The check-in process was a bit slow, and there was a bit of confusion with my reservation initially, but it was quickly resolved by the front desk staff. Overall, Crane Resort is a fantastic place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation. The combination of great amenities, friendly service, and a stunning location makes it a place I would definitely recommend and return to in the future.

This was my first time in Barbados and I’m so fortunate to have experience the crane resort . It was an amazing experience and I look forward to return! The supervisor Karen went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience celebrating our friend’s 50th birthday.

The 2 bedroom suite with a pool was great for my family. A/Cs worked well in the summer once we figured out how to properly set them. The resort pools and the beach are very scenic. The restaurant food quality is good though getting your food takes extremely long. Service in the room (like getting extra towels or sheets for the sofa bed) is also extremely slow and often can take multiple attempts.
