Visited for two weeks in August. The hotel is up in the mountains above Bali which makes for a peaceful environment but think a car to get around was needed unless you want to do a lot of walking/use the minibus service to get to and from Bali. The manager stelios speaks excellent English and is very welcoming and helpful and was always going out of his way to help us when we asked. His son worked in the bar and restaurant and was equally kind and helpful. All staff we met were sweet and friendly, most spoke limited English but way better than our Greek! Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool was nice and no sun lounger fights! Used the partner hotel fillion for the gym and 3 additional pools which was a 10 min drive up the hill, imagine walking it would have been pretty strenuous but there was a minibus which I think you could use if you didn't have a car. The food quality was good but being a smaller hotel the selection was smaller than other hotel buffets. However there was always at least two choices of meat dish, plus a fish or seafood dish. Pasta dish with every meal plus side dishes and salads. With fruit ice cream and cake for dessert. We found something enjoyable to eat every meal but did eat out several days too as the choices were quite repetitive. Overall we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the hotel very much as a base to explore Crete.

Just got back from a short stay here . Its a really nice well designed small hotel/apartments. The staff are all very friendly and hardworking. The all- inclusive buffet has something to suit all customers . The apartments are spacious with 2 bedrooms, the lower ones also have a swim up pool. The main pool is a nice size surrounded by mountain and sea views. Its far enough away from the main strip to be peaceful but close enough to visit.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Extremely disappointed, horrible place. We arrived in hotel around 7:50pm at dinner time. Very poor choice of food, small counter with maximum of 6 trays of very bad food. Two types of dry deserts are if gone they are not going to replace them with more. Our room was for 2 adults and 1 child, the child's bed was not made, we had to do it our self's after a very long day and flight, there were yellow spots on the bed sheet. Dirty dining table in the room with greasy stains from previous guests food leftover food on sponge. I will attach pictures with proof . The patio area was awful they kept their bins and bin bags full of rubbish and old car by our room (check the photos). When we asked one of the staff guys to remove bins from our view, he was shouting at as saying it's not smells bad, so it's shouldn't be a problem for us. I was crying, so disappointed, we are travelling around the world for so many years 5 times a year and never experienced our holiday so bad as in this place. The view of the hotel is lovely, but it is a nature, service is extremely low, don't waste your money on it.
On the bread area you won't see any kitchen towels, so keep away from their bread as when people come to cut the slice they hold it with bare hands, disgusting, drinks horrible and dirty glass. Unhygienic place, their's no a bare minimum of knowledge of how the hotel should operate. Obviously, it's very bad management
We had to do full food shopping because it's impossible to eat their food. Their eggs are soaked in oil, and everything is either soaked in oil or very dry and not fresh.
We are paid for all-inclusive and ended up buying our own food and drinks from the shops, absolutely shocked
There were so many people from a hotel walking with grocery bags full of food. Everyone faces were so sad and disappointed at the restaurant, no music played at the bar area, no need for party but you can have some music on for people. Such a waste of time and money. We have been travelling every 2 months for many years and have never experienced such a horrible holiday. Hotel was beautiful but the manager and staff definitely hate their job, very rood and doing nothing for the guest. I would strongly advise everyone to spend more time and search for other place for your holiday, don't make a mistake to book this place as you're going to be extremely disappointed and your vacation is going to be ruined 1000% I don't know who left them a nice reviews is it even real reviews ....

Do not book this place !!!
4 star more like 3 service let’s the place down
Hotel was very pretty aesthetic’s we’re nice for pictures ect rooms are really spacious. the apartment it’s self is very nice
We arrived late and the staff were very nice saved food for us said we could use the bar as we arrived late
Our door was a struggle to get into everyday so we had to leave our window open as the key was very temperamental we told the staff this and it was never fixed (10 days)
The staff switch up after our first night was insane very un helpful gave minimal information barely even acknowledged us when we would ask a question such as can I get a drink more of a grunt a few of the workers looked very unhappy around the hotel no greetings at any point in the day
We were a group of 5 girls and asked where the nearest mini market was as there was no in between meal snacks as you would expect from an all inclusive - and we were told we had to go with a worker in his car “right now”
The food selection is sad. 3 main courses soaked in oil… if you don’t like them, there is no other options. The carbonara sauce was curdled… there was no lids to stop flies or mosquitoes landing in the food. One member of our group has a few serious allergies and no signs at all we’re put alongside the food. When we asked what the desserts were we were told “local candies” and the worker himself had no clue what ingredients were used. Everyone around this restaurant looked very unhappy we didn’t even bother going down for breakfast we was given food by some neighbours such as milk and bread which is a basic when paying for all inclusive
In terms of transport if you do not hire a car you are pretty much screwed we was not told any of this. When we went to order taxis we were always responded with sarcastic comments like “you’re leaving?” and was not told there were only 2 taxis in the area that close
One worker who was friendly enough and helpful wasn’t even from the hotel he was from the sister hotel Filion who must of came over to help out
No female staff so you may want to bare that in mind before booking
We found out that there was a mini train that would take you round a few places we only found this out after talking to a lady next door to us who figured this all out on her last few days
She told us that we would need a wrist band to not be over charged this was not mentioned once by the staff very unhelpful
Even the train stopped after 10 :30 and the walk back to the hotel from the last stop was about 10 minutes down a dark forest and countryside lanes no path for walking
A few times when we was out we noticed a few staff members driving past us which at first we thought was a coincidence until our last night when they parked up to get somethings from the market and circled back round to us and drove past slowly to stare and laugh in our faces this happened on multiple occasions
Workers were seen smoking in the kitchen glass cups looked dirty when looking at the glasses we were told it was just stains from the washer , stained chair covers in the restaurant
The public bathroom down the stairs was by the kitchen just felt very uneasy and we would always go in groups
Overall if you are looking to stay in and don’t mind buying food this place may be ok for you other than that do not stay here

Transatlantic travelers or long haul travelers be advised to, hotel can cancel your reservation without any reason and options after a few months of booking(after you arranged all your flights). I assume they were just reselling accommodation for higher price because of the season. Seems this hotel care about only a money, not building good reputation and good relationships with customers. Shame on the management which don’t care about guests who ready to spend more than 20 hours on flight to come to your country.
