had a wonderful stay at The Acacia Hotel & Spa, Goa. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving a relaxed and cozy vibe throughout the stay. The location is perfect—close to the beach and with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The in-house dining was also excellent, with a good spread of food and quick service. Overall, it was a truly happy and hassle-free stay. I would highly recommend Acacia Hotel, Goa to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable vacation with great service.

The location of the hotel is really good, but that’s probably the only positive thing I can say. The room was quite disappointing — the bedspread, curtains, and even the chairs had visible stains and looked dirty. It didn’t feel clean or well-maintained at all. Breakfast was just average, nothing great in terms of variety or taste. Overall, not worth the price unless they seriously work on cleanliness and upkeep.

We senior citizen friends stayed here for 4 nights... Room 311, 312, 314 and 317. It seems that hotel management does not have a concept of hospitality and out there to cut corners and save cost as much as possible. Air conditioning worked only for first night. After that, I guess it were switched off intentionally. The mattress were soft resulting in back pain. The towels were damp and smelly. We would not stay here again.

The property is in the heart of Candolim, very convenient and accessible to every location. Its on the road with parking facility of your personal vehicle. You have all the markets and decks near you, beaches near you and all other facilities near you. The rooms are clean, pool is clean, food is good and mainly the behaviour of the staff is amazing and very very cooperative and helping. Receptionist Bani treated us so good and her way of providing hospitality is just fabulous. I would highly recommend the stay in this hotel is you are looking for good property in north goa.

The hotel is good and decent, the breakfast on first day was good, the next day there was no brownies, cakes etc.The dinner is just for namesake don't expect too much from them. The house keeping service is not good.
