We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this gorgeous place. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — they made us feel valued. I must mention that the manager Naami took great care of us. My son had to be taken to the Mount Elizabeth hospital and Naami provided all the help that I needed. Also the Concierge staff were always there to help with anything we needed and were nice enough to unload our bags and bring it to our room. The hospitality truly made a difference and elevated the whole experience.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Special thanks to Anna and Raymond at the front desk—both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They made check-in smooth and were always ready to assist with a smile. Their service truly made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Hotel was OK but not very special. Breakfast was usually very crowded (I tried different timings which did not help) which made it pretty hard to find a table. Food options for breakfast were very limited due to the overwhelming amount of guests having breakfast at the same time and the limited amount of food offered. Room was spacious but could use a renovation. Beds were really nice, but room and especially the hallway to the elevator seemed outdated with peeling paint here and there, also in the room itself (see picture). The website stated that the premier room included access to the pantry which offered a selection of food and drinks, when I asked the man at the reception why I had no access he checked the system and gave me access anyway. When I had issues with my room key the next day, the guy took away my room key and swapped it in the back with a key which had no access to the pantry anymore without telling me, which was very strange. Also at other occasions staff didn’t seem very friendly or helpful, but seemed rather uninterested and tired. I also requested a late checkout before arrival, but I was not told that the price mentioned was without tax, therefore 20% was added suddenly, which was very strange to me because all prices in Singapore included tax so why would one list a price without tax?? Location was great, 5 minute walk from orchard road, which made my stay here okay, but experience definitely would have been better if the interactions with the staff would have been better and breakfast would have been better. I’m not sure what’s happening here in 2025, but also very weird that almost all 1-star reviews are from 2025… most of them match the experience I had at this hotel.

I've stayed 2 nights in this hotel during my holiday in Singapore. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast had a good choice of food, maybe not much on the sweet side. There's also a swimming pool. The only negative point is the position: it's quite far from the city center and to get to the nearest metro station you need a 10 minutes walk.

Ricky and Raymond always make sure my stay feels like a home away from home. They are exceptionally accommodating and friendly, and I truly value their efforts. I would also like to commend Mahen, Thaya, Patrick, and Ganesh, whose upbeat approach adds so much joy to my stay. Thank you all for the excellent service. The recent addition of towels and refreshing drinks in the lobby is an excellent enhancement!
