This is the first time I feel that a hotel is worth reviewing. The room was spacious, cozy and comfortable ~ they were also very kind to grant us a free room upgrade, a slice of birthday cake, complimentary drinks and late checkout! not to mention the shower was amazing 🙏🏻 To Raymond at the front desk, thank you for your impeccable, warm and friendly service - it was the perfect stay thanks to your help!

We love how conveniently located this hotel is. The lobby is also always clean and smelled good. Our room was very spacious and had a nice view of the city. This will be our new go-to hotel whenever in Singapore,

Very disappointed by the quality of the room. The sound isolation is inexistant. Then the bathroom looks really old and the water evacuates so slowly that your shower will turn to the bath in a minute or two. Finally, this hotel is on a hill and not at all close to the public transportation. Many 3 star hotels offer a better experience than this one. The only good thing about the hotel is the staff.

The room was considered clean, but the carpet looked quite dated, and i thought the room's lighting was inadequate. Thanks to your prayer, I did have a very restful sleep. The mattress was just nice to my liking. I loved that this hotel is just short distance walk to the bustling orchard road.

Not a vibe…… These rooms are so small and old! The “double” bed is T I N Y! And so so uncomfortable! I’m almost thinking of asking for two single beds to put together? Would that be a vibe? The bath is tiny and it just leaks the whole time. The shower is hand held only which makes it so hard to shower. The aircon wont go lower than 24degrees because “ 24 degrees is the perfect temperature” the sign above the aircon says. The breakfast I would not recommend see “cheese” platter attached. Support local cafes instead. I’ve stayed in 2 vibe hotels in Australia and they were really nice! One had a bath tub in the room looking out the window onto the city. Now they were a vibe! Guess I was expecting similar.
