Nice hotel overall with a few issues The rooms are spacious (for Tokyo), clean and well appointed if not a little outdated. The views of Tokyo tower are excellent and it’s nice having a balcony! The AC consistently seemed to shut off at night and the room did become very hot. I would give the breakfast buffet a skip as the quality and variety are not on-par with a 5-star hotel and better options can be found off-property. We also wish the concierge could have been more helpful booking off-site restaurants as that is a typical benefit of staying at a nicer hotel in Tokyo. Additionally they do nickel and dime you for everything including use of the pool, gym, etc which is typically included for a 5-star hotel.

This hotel was very nice with great rooms and service. The restaurants were good but not all are open every night so check the hours when you arrive. The location is quiet but it was a bit far for our first time in Tokyo. The views of Tokyo tower are beautiful though!

Well, after reading all the reviews I think its a shame so many people complain about the rooms been outdated because it doesn't matter to us as long as they are clean and comfortable and our was very comfortable. The bed and pillows felt luxurious to us, after been walking the whole day! And the next day we were ready and rested to start all over again!. The view of the room and the location were perfect. So charming! Many nights we just walked around the park and mingle with locals. The restaurants are a plus too. We even saw Mount Fuji from the rooftop!!!

We spend a good deal of money to spend 5 nights here. The rooms are dated but nice. good amenities and great staff. why the 1 star? 1. There room service menu is a scam. Everything on the menu is insanely expensive. To give you an example - 50$AUD for a simple curry & rice. Portion sizes were tiny and not nearly enough for the price. 100$+ for meat. 45$ for a bowl of noodles. 15$ for yogurt. You get the picture 2. Their swimming pool is not accessible for children. Only adults 20years + Save your $$. Stay somewhere else if you are travelling with kids or looking for room service.

Hotel is just ok at best. Overpriced for what you get, and service was terrible throughout. Rooms are moderately sized, but carpets and baseboards were dirty. Beds were very comfortable which is the main redeeming factor in my opinion. Shower was small, and water leaked into the main washroom floor soaking the floor and making it slippery. Service was terrible. There is an up charge for literally everything. The price of this hotel should have all amenities included, but everything is extra. Pool, gym, anything outside of your immediate room costs more. Not to mention the staff does not listen when coming to payment and tried repeatedly to swipe my credit card, despite me telling them it requires a PIN. This resulted in my card being blocked after about 4-5 attempts and me constantly telling them. This happened once at the check-in for the deposit, and then AGAIN for the check out. Location is the only good redeeming factor about this hotel. It has a nice view of Tokyo tower. Outside of that the subway station is a little far. Overall, would not recommend and will not be returning. Much better options in the area, that include more for less money.
