I recently enjoyed a day pass at this hotel, and it was fantastic! The team really knows how to make guests feel special. A special thanks to Ismail, David, Niko, Yeshven, and Mozahir for their warm hospitality and top-notch service. They were attentive, friendly, and ensured everything ran smoothly.
The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing day-whether lounging by the pool or enjoying a delicious meal. It was exactly the refreshing break I needed, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend for a day of pure relaxation!

This is the first hotel we have ever stayed all inclusive and it was Incredible. The reception area in stunning and sets the atmosphere for the whole complex. We had our own private area on the beach which was perfect and the attentiveness from the staff was second to none.
The room was beautiful, so spacious and very well equipped.
I loved the little shop on site, it is a great idea!

Arrived at the hotel to the most chilled check in ever. We arrived early in the morning and thought we would have to wait until 3pm for our room but we were in the room, after having breakfast, by 9.45am. The room was fantastic with direct access to the beach, our own patio and big bean bag loungers. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The food in the speciatility restaurants was lovely. The buffet although having good food has a limited variety from day to day and the hot dishes were not always the warmest. We were amazed when following an accident not in the hotel medical help was provided to us at no charge, something i have never come across before. On the day we left they let us keep our room until 4pm as we had a late flight and again this was at no extra cost. We had an amazing time there and would definitely go back, we really did not want to leave.

Had an amazing team building there! The staff is very charming and welcoming, especially Anissa with her pleasant personality and smiling face. Contrary to some hotels that discriminate between tourists and locals, the staff treated everyone fairly. The food was ok 6/10, the boathouse activities awesome! The location is wonderful with the river and its waterfall! Had a really nice time there! Will definitely come back

The place is brilliant, staff very friendly and could not do enough to make you holiday very very enjoyable.We could name outstanding staff but list is endless. Do not be fazed by having to stock you own mini fridge from shop, it is painless and it was always a pleasure to meet the staff for a chat and banter.
