Booked through Bonvoy, all plat elite benefits were honored.
Check-in was smooth and supervised by the duty manager who offered us a beautiful corner room as an upgrade to our existing skyline reservation.
All the staff were consistently welcoming, courteous and kind from the valet desk to the concierge, front desk, butlers and restaurant staff.
The in room dining was fantastic (was so good that we reordered again for lunch the following day) with excellent service by Xavier. An exceptional stay in Osaka.
The hotel rooms are the hotel age but well maintained, well kept and well cleaned.
The breakfast staff were excellent, the portions are small but you can order as many orders as you want. The eggs used are from a local farm in Kyoto and are incredible.
In a nutshell, this is where ill stay in Osaka the next time I am there

Really enjoyed our stay here. We booked the room an hour before arriving. Everything was so seamless. Room service was great! We even booked a in room massage! Although it wasn’t a traditional massage - towel covered pressure point massage it still felt really good!
We had breakfast on the first day which was super underwhelming I would recommend skipping breakfast here. The buffet is barely a buffet. There’s plenty of restaurant options close by.
We travelled with our baby, we discovered right next to the hotel there’s a lift that takes you directly to the station which was so convenient with having our pram.
Great location we would stay again!

I love this hotel! The rooms are very comfortable and stocked full of snacks, beverages and spirits. There is a large soaking tub with a tv built into the wall. The shower was my favorite thing in the entire room. In addition to the hand held shower there are 4 shower heads built into the wall that can aimed wherever you’d like. Great water pressure too. Heated Toto toilets are famous in Japan.
Breakfast is served daily and it is not to be missed!
The bar is gorgeous and if you happen to be around at 5:00pm you can witness their traditional champagne sabering toast - daily.

Very clean and quiet hotel with great staff. We were telling our butler we did Japanese calligraphy and we were looking for a way to get it back to the states without damaging the big scroll and we came back to our room and she thoughtfully found us a fed ex box. Staff was very attentive & left us birthday treats as well - only complaint is breakfast portions are small.

Awesome hotel
We were greeted off our taxi, escorted to the check in area where we were seated for check in and offered a welcome beverage. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful along with speaking very good English.
The room was very nice, large like all st Regis properties. Very good attention to detail, bathrooms was very well stocked. Bedding was on point. Our butler arrived offering welcome drinks and some snacks. He was wonderful, accommodated every request we made including arranging transportation to the airport on check out day as we needed a larger van.
Great location, right beside subway stop, short distance to go anywhere around Osaka.
